Abstract :
In this study, the ecological-human health risks and sources of heavy metals in paddy soils in the northern area of Fujian Province were investigated. The innovative ecological and health indicators that were evaluated in a probabilistic form were utilized rather than the traditional quotient form to make the results more accurate. By considering the bioaccessibility (BA) of heavy metals when calculating the hazard index (HI) for non-carcinogenic risks and total carcinogenic risk (TCR) for carcinogenic risk, the health risks caused by the ingestion of rice grains were significant. The HI and TCR values for both children and adults exceeded the standard values. In the meantime, the health risks of heavy metals in soils were not as high as expected. The geochemical baseline value (GBV) of Cd (0.087 mg/kg) was higher than the background concentration value (BCV) (0.054 mg/kg). The species sensitivity distribution (SSD) curves were built to determine the threshold values (hazardous concentration, HCp) of soil heavy metals that can protect 5 %, 50 %, and 95 % of local rice varieties. The results showed that the allocation of rice production areas in the study site appeared to be largely in accordance with the needs of rice production. The outcomes of the APCA-MLR model indicated that the main sources included mining and associated industrial activities, natural sources, and agricultural activities, with a total contribution rate of 37.4 %, 30 %, and 32.6 % to the accumulation of heavy metals, respectively. The findings of this study contribute to the deeper understanding of the impact of heavy metal pollution in paddy soils on the health of local people and agroecosystems.

<正>题记:大疫解禁,内外通畅。“在乡村发现中国”一行,2023年暑期再度启航。锵锵三人行,已经变成二十人之众。我们选择了福建屏南和浙江缙云,开始在城乡中国间游走“双城记”和“多村记”。暑热之中一路走来,无论是城中村、村中城、叠加态、枚举法、净是土、含绿量,还是诗意栖居、艺术乡建、双向奔赴、弱鸟先飞、千万工程、四民村庄……白天看,晚上聊,火花四溅、思想激荡。乡村就是如此丰富多彩,让我们多院校、跨学科的风云际会,变成一场文化盛宴,一次认知革命。《“在乡村发现中国”跨学科调研行知录》,在2018、2019、2022之后,又有了第四篇。礼失,求诸于野;学失,求诸于野。我们进而研究,种失,同样求诸于野。不仅是万物的种子来源于乡野,思想的种子,也在乡村游学中发芽生长。我们的思想,在希望的田野上!

To control heavy metal pollution effectively, prevention of heavy metal accumulations in agricultural soils should be the priority rather than remediation of heavy metal contamination. In this research, papers which contained input and output fluxes of Cd, As, Cr, Hg, and Pb in topsoil (the plough layer) of agricultural lands in Hunan, Zhejiang, the Yangtze River Delta, Hainan, and China as a whole were explored. Fluxes of heavy metal species were recalculated, and future trends of pollution were predicted. Also, cases regarding the application of technologies to control the input and output of heavy metals were analyzed. Results indicated that atmospheric decomposition was the dominant input source of heavy metals in all study sites except Hainan. The relative contributions of fertilizers, irrigation water, and straw returning fluctuated greatly among different sites. Cd pollution in all sites was the most serious, followed by Cr and Pb. In Hunan, Cd has already exceeded the maximum limit value and needs to be controlled urgently. The input of heavy metals from irrigation water, fertilizers, and straw returning could be controlled by proposing more policies to manage their quality and application amounts. The amount of heavy metals absorbed by plants could be increased by cultivating crops with hyperaccumulators and high-biomass plants.

Abstract :
随着人们对城乡一体化和食品安全重要性认识的提升,都市农业已成为推动可持续城市发展的关键要素,有效补充了传统乡村农业,并使城市生态系统服务多元化。通过CiteSpace图谱法分析中国知网2003—2022年收录的都市农业文献,绘制出相关知识图谱,提供都市农业研究的最新进展、前沿热点及其演化路径,预测都市农业未来的研究方向以及发展趋势。结果表明:(1)2003—2012年,中国都市农业发文量总体呈现上升趋势,并于2011年达到峰值,为122篇;2013—2022年呈现先下降后逐渐平稳的趋势,其中,2018年发文量最低,为34篇;(2)2003—2012年,中国都市农业发文量最多的作者是周培,为9篇;发文量最多的机构是中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所,达到18篇;2013—2022年发文量最多的作者是周忠学,达到19篇;发文量最多的机构是陕西师范大学旅游与环境学院,达到19篇;(3)2003—2012年“都市型农业”“(都市农业)发展”“(都市农业)对策”“新农村建设”“绿色北京”“北京市”等6个关键词构成了中国学界都市农业研究热点和前沿,2013—2022年“都市圈”“城镇化”“都市农业”等3个关键词构成中国学界都市农业研究热点,“风景园林”“乡村振兴”和“农村转移人口”等3个关键词成为该领域未来的核心议题。综合比较,2003—2022年间,中国都市农业研究贡献最大的机构以及作者都发生了变化,说明有新的学者和机构加入都市农业的研究中,但对都市农业的研究缺乏持续性。结合中国都市农业研究所呈现的特征,未来研究领域应持续关注“(以城乡融合为基础的)乡村振兴”“农业转移人口”等关键词的研究范围和深度。

农作物种质资源是现代作物育种的基础材料和农业种业发展的物质基础,对保障中国粮食与农副食品安全具有重大作用。为探讨在现代农作物育种技术转型及社会经济体系变化背景下,福建省粮食作物地方种质资源多样性保护的有效策略,通过对南平市浦城县与宁德市屏南县进行深入的实地调研,结合对关键利益群体的重点访谈与问卷调查,系统分析了当地谷类、薯类及豆类等粮食作物地方品种及其种质资源的保存现状和利用情况。针对高产杂交作物组合主导下粮食作物地方品种种质资源流失的严峻问题,结合育种专家等利益相关者的意见,提出了促进福建省粮食作物地方品种及其种质资源有效保存与合理利用的对策建议。

农业生态学是指导农业的生态化转型和构建可持续食物体系的核心学科。面对我国严峻的农业经济、农村环境难题以及粮食安全和食品安全(在"大食物观"背景下两者可统称为"食物安全")挑战,农业生态学先要自我"转型",即需要同时定义农业生态学为一门学科(a science)、一个(生态农业)实践(a practice)和一场(构建可持续的食物体系)社会运动(a social movement)。报告以福建农林大学的农业生态学教研转型为例,说明农业生态学的上述"转型"过程及其效果。

Abstract :
In the strategic context of building a comprehensive ecologically civilized society as envisaged by the Communist Party and State Government of China, Eco-civilization education would become a mandatory new mission of the higher educational institutions in China. Linking the constructive postmodernism and ecological Marxism theories to eco-civilization, the purpose of the present essay is to restructure the higher education system for realizing the eco-civilized society in China via the literature integration methodology, the findings are as follows: (i) the goal of instituting the educational system of Eco-civilization in Chinese universities and colleges is to facilitate the culturing ecological literacy of the graduates; (2) the implementation of Eco-civilization education will create the graduates' awareness, impart their requisite knowledge, and motivate them to adopt practices that promote Eco-civilization; and (3) the triple transitions of the higher education institutions in China to deliver on their missions as implementers of Eco-civilization education. Firstly, they must roll-out pragmatic programs to enhance students' Eco-civilization conscious through the teaching Eco-civilization concepts as part of ideological and political courses. Secondly, they could also deepen students' Eco-civilization knowledge by adjusting the teaching content and pedagogy of ecology courses. Finally, they could facilitate the Eco-civilization process by reinforcing behavioral reforms required to drive sustainable Eco-civilization and help positions these students as devoted ambassadors of Eco-civilization after graduation.

大疫袭来,封村断路。我们“在乡村发现中国”一行,三年来几次组织在城乡中国之间再次游走,皆难成行。借福建屏南乡村振兴研究院第二届全国乡村振兴硕博研习营的机会,各路学子再聚乡村,驻地研修。疫情封控加快了全球本土化步伐,也使得研修走向在地化。于是,《“在乡村发现中国”跨学科调研行知录》在2018和2019之后,又有新篇。礼失,求诸于野;学失,同样求诸于野。在这个基本常识缺乏的时代,再次由草尖溯回到草根,发现中国道路,发现乡村力量,发现未来希望。
