黄原胶-黄腐酸钾复合剂对植烟土壤根际微生物的影响

Abstract :

为明确黄原胶-黄腐酸钾复合剂代替营养土处理在烟草移栽生产上应用的可行性,并确定最优配比,为烟草移栽方式提供新的理论依据,本研究以云烟87为供试材料,设置5个处理:(1)常规施肥(CK);(2)营养土(Y);(3)2 000 mg/L黄原胶+500 mg/L黄腐酸钾(T1);(4)2 000 mg/L黄原胶+1000 mg/L黄腐酸钾(T2);(5)2 000 mg/L黄原胶+1 500 mg/L黄腐酸钾(T3),分析在移栽时施用不同处理对烟草全生育期其根际细菌、真菌的影响。结果表明,通过高通量测序发现施用黄原胶-黄腐酸钾复合剂处理能有效提高放线菌门、变形菌门、节杆菌属、芽孢杆菌属、溶杆菌属等有益菌群丰度,抑制酸杆菌门和绿弯菌门繁殖;抑制子囊菌门和担子菌门的生长和镰刀菌属丰度。综上所述,施用2 000 mg/L黄原胶+1 000 mg/L黄腐酸钾复合剂能有效促进微生物有益菌群的生长,刺激真菌繁殖从而改良土壤结构,优于营养土处理。

增氧处理对密集烘烤烤后烟叶质量的影响

Abstract :

[目的]探讨增氧处理对密集烘烤烤后烟叶质量的影响。[方法]以云烟87烟叶为试验材料,探讨了增氧处理、常规烘烤(CK)对高海拔烟区密集烘烤烤后烟叶烘烤成本、经济性状、外观质量、化学成分和感官质量的影响。[结果](1)增氧处理可有效缩短烘烤总耗时13.5 h以上。(2)增氧处理烤后烟叶的上中等烟比例、产值分别比CK提高0.38%、249.66元·烤~(-1)以上;综合氧气、煤炭、电费和劳力成本,增氧处理经济效益比CK提高429.43元·烤~(-1)以上。(3)增氧处理下,X2F烟叶外观质量整体评价稍差于CK;C3F、B2F烟叶外观质量整体评价稍优于CK。(4)增氧处理下,X2F烟叶内在化学成分含量适宜程度及协调性整体表现稍低于CK;C3F、B2F烟叶与CK无明显差异。(5)增氧处理下,X2F和B2F烟叶感官质量略优于CK。[结论]增氧处理可缩短烘烤耗时、降低烘烤成本,且烤后烟叶质量无明显变化,具有生产应用价值。

Abstract :

为研究茶黄素、茶褐素的降尿酸作用。以喂食特制饲料建立新慢性高尿酸血症小鼠模型,连续给小鼠灌胃21 d不同浓度的茶黄素和茶褐素,实验结束断尾取血检测尿酸含量及总胆固醇(TCHO)、葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、腺苷酸脱氢酶(ADA)、肌酐(CRE)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)指标。结果表明,模型组比正常组的血清尿酸含量极显著增高45%(P<0.01),成功建立模型。与模型组相比,灌胃800 mg/kg茶黄素能极显著降低小鼠血清尿酸、AST含量(P<0.01),同时也显著降低了小鼠血清ADA、CRE、ALT的含量(P<0.05);灌胃200 mg/kg茶黄素显著降低了血清ADA、ALT的含量(P<0.05);极显著降低了血清AST含量(P<0.01);灌胃不同浓度的茶褐素对小鼠尿酸含量反而有升高作用,但对小鼠的心脏和肾脏有保护作用。因此,茶黄素对新慢性高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸含量有明显降低作用,茶褐素对新慢性高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸含量没有降低效果。

Abstract :

A concise one-pot three-component thioamination of 1,4-naphthoquinone with thiols and amines was developed to synthesize 2-amino-3-thio-1,4-naphthoquinones. The approach employed CuI as the catalyst and ambient O2 as the green oxidant, giving a series of thioaminated 1,4-naphthoquinones in moderate to good yields. This catalytic approach represents a step-economic and convenient strategy for the difunctionalization of 1,4-naphthoquinones. © 2019 the Partner Organisations.

Abstract :

An efficient copper-catalyzed radical cascade cyclization strategy was developed, by which a wide variety of 3-sulfonyl substituted indenones were prepared in one pot via reaction of 2-alkynylbenzonitriles with sulfonyl hydrazides in the presence of TBHP and CuI under mild reaction conditions. Much more importantly, the 3-sulfonyl indenones, synthesized through our newly developed copper-catalyzed radical cascade cyclization strategy, were found to own typical aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties, showing orange to red emission with large Stokes shift (more than 135 nm). In addition, such newly found AIEgens could be successfully used in live cell imaging, exhibiting excellent biocompatibility and application potential. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

A convenient silver-catalyzed decarboxylative cascade radical cyclization of tertiary carboxylic acids and o-(allyloxy)arylaldehydes was developed to synthesize 3-alkyl-substituted chroman-4-one derivatives. A series of chroman-4-one derivatives were constructed with moderate to good yields. 本研究采用三因素三水平正交实验法设置烘焙方案,探讨三段式烘焙对铁观音感官品质和主要生化成分含量的影响,并筛选出较好的烘焙参数,为铁观音烘焙提供一定的理论指导。试验结果表明:(1)三段式烘焙工艺优于传统恒温烘焙(CK2:120益/270min)。在三段式烘焙处理中,以120益/90min、105益/120min、120益/90min茶样的感官品质最佳。(2)不同烘焙处理得到的茶样的茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱含量有显著性差异。(3)不同烘焙阶段对铁观音感官品质和主要生化成分含量无显著影响,但第一阶段对铁观音外形、第二阶段对铁观音香气产生显著影响。

水稻草状矮缩病毒P2基因多克隆抗体的制备及应用 CSCD

Abstract :

为了进行水稻草状矮缩病毒(Rice grassy stunt virus,RGSV)诊断方法和蛋白功能研究。通过RT-PCR方法从感染RGSV的水稻中克隆该病毒的P2基因,并将此基因片段重组到原核表达载体pDEST17上。将重组载体转化E.coli Rosetta,经IPTG诱导后获得分子量约为29kDa含HIS标签的融合蛋白。以诱导的融合蛋白为抗原,免疫新西兰大耳白兔获得多克隆抗体,经酶联免疫检测发现其效价达到l:8192。并用制备的抗体建立了特异、灵敏的检测RGSV的IC-RT-PCR和Dot-blot ELISA方法,为该病毒的检测、诊断提供了保障,同时也为P2蛋白的结构和功能研究奠定了基础。
