Abstract :
三都澳具有种类繁多且极具海岛特色的野生灌木资源。为促进三都澳地区野生灌木资源的应用性转化,本研究采用灰色关联度分析法对三都澳野生灌木资源进行系统的综合评估,科学划分这些灌木资源的开发利用层级。研究结果表明:在参与评估的153种野生灌木中,有37种与理想物种的关联度达到或超过了0.7的阈值,具有较大的推广与应用价值,其中桃金娘、菝葜、南方荚蒾、车桑子等8种因关联度不低于0.8而获得了较高的综合评价,视为三都澳及周边滨海城市园林绿化建设中的优选物种。

The rapid process of urbanization in recent years has caused extensive ecosystem disturbances, imposing substantial pressure on urban biodiversity, especially within the unique and fragile environments of coastal islands. Despite this, research on plant diversity in island city parks remains scarce. Addressing the ecological challenges brought about by urbanization necessitates an in-depth investigation into plant diversity and its driving mechanisms in urban and town parks on coastal islands, which represents a pressing scientific issue. This study examines 24 urban and town parks across four islands in Fujian Province, China, aiming to elucidate the spatial patterns of plant diversity and identify its potential driving factors. The findings reveal that plant diversity in coastal island parks is shaped by a combination of factors. Park age was significantly positively correlated with spontaneous species diversity, supporting the legacy hypothesis. A higher green space ratio significantly enhanced species richness, whereas an increased road ratio reduced species richness but improved species evenness. Distance from the sea significantly increased the diversity of cultivated species. Annual sunshine hours had a dual influence: they decreased species evenness via environmental filtering while indirectly affecting diversity through economic factors. Notably, park area exhibited no significant impact on plant diversity, likely due to the relatively small size or low habitat heterogeneity of island parks. This study offers valuable insights for the planning and management of urban and town parks on coastal islands. Key recommendations include prioritizing the preservation of historically significant older parks, optimizing green space layout, enhancing landscape connectivity, and incorporating drought-and light-tolerant native plant species to improve plant community structures. Future studies should integrate long-term monitoring and multidisciplinary approaches to further explore the dynamic effects of human activities and climate change on plant diversity, ultimately supporting ecological management and biodiversity conservation in similar regions.

马尾松林为福建海岛分布最广泛的常绿针叶林植被类型,其植物多样性及乔木更新对群落演替方向具有决定性作用,而芒萁(Dicranopteris pedata)作为马尾松林下常见植被,兼具正面生态效应与入侵植物特性,研究其对马尾松林的潜在影响,不仅有助于海岛植物群落保护策略的制定,也有助于更深入地理解具有入侵特性的本地植物与外来入侵植物的异同。对福建三都澳6个海岛芒萁与马尾松共存的群落进行样方调查,计算其草、灌、乔及乔木幼苗的α多样性与β多样性,并将β多样性分解为物种多度差异组分与物种周转组分,通过回归分析探究芒萁重要值与各层片α多样性的关系,并通过冗余分析(RDA)与基于相异矩阵的多元回归(Multiple regression on dissimilarity matrices, MRM)筛选对各层片α与β多样性显著影响的因子,最后通过路径分析推测芒萁与环境因子对植物多样性的直接与间接影响及其相对重要性。结果表明:(1)芒萁对草、灌层及乔木幼苗的α多样性均有影响,解释率分别在0.45—0.90、0.49—0.61、0.19—0.48之间,其中对乔木幼苗Pielou指数的影响不同于其它层片,呈正相关趋势。(2)对β多样性分解表明,所调查样方各层片均为物种周转组分占主导,占比70%以上。芒萁对草、灌层及乔木幼苗β多样性均有显著影响,MRM回归系数分别为0.089、0.034、0.051,对乔、灌、草层物种周转及乔木幼苗的物种多度差异也有影响。(3) RDA分析结果表明,土壤pH、距大陆距离与芒萁重要值共同影响α多样性,第一轴与第二轴的总解释量为33.03%。MRM分析结果表明,土壤因子、郁闭度、样方距离与芒萁重要值共同影响β多样性。(4)由相关性分析与路径分析推测,土壤pH通过创造对芒萁有利的环境而间接作用于群落α与β多样性,芒萁对多样性的直接影响通常大于土壤pH,但土壤pH是先决条件;地理距离对β多样性的直接影响与芒萁相当,路径系数均不小于0.30,且可以通过影响环境因子而间接影响β多样性。综上,芒萁显著影响了灌草层及乔木幼苗的α与β多样性,土壤pH等环境因子是芒萁影响群落多样性的重要前提。与入侵植物相似的是,芒萁对α多样性的影响也呈单峰趋势,并对乔木更新有影响。

外来入侵植物的迅速扩展正威胁着海岛森林群落的生物多样性和群落稳定性.对平潭岛台湾相思林、桉树林和木麻黄林3种林分林下草本层展开样方调查,运用单因素方差分析、非度量多维标度分析方法分析不同林下草本层外来入侵植物多样性和物种组成差异,并利用典范对应分析、Mantel检验分析探究影响林下草本层外来入侵植物分布的主要因子.平潭岛台湾相思林、桉树林和木麻黄林林下草本层分别记录到外来入侵植物26、22、27种,3种林分林下草本层共有外来入侵植物21科33属36种.同一林分类型下,外来入侵植物ɑ多样性指数和盖度随着距道路距离的增加而下降,并在距道路14m之后无显著差异(P> 0.05).同一道路距离下,在距离道路2 m、4 m、9 m处,木麻黄林下外来入侵植物ɑ多样性指数和盖度显著高于台湾相思林和桉树林(P <0.05). 3种林分林下草本层外来入植物物种组成相似度极高,无明显差异. RDA分析结果表明土壤全钾、土壤全磷、速效钾、本地草本植物Shannon-Wiener指数、土壤酸碱度、道路宽度、距居民点最近距离、灌木盖度和距道路距离是显著影响外来入侵植物在3种林分下分布的因子. Mantel检验表明不同外来入侵物种对环境因子的响应有差异.上述结果表明,平潭林下草本层外来入侵植物由道路向林子内部扩散,且距道路越近外来入侵植物多样性越高,外来入侵植物的扩散分布受人为活动影响大;相对而言,木麻黄林林下草本层对外来入侵物种的抵抗力较差,需要重点防范.(图5表2参48)

台湾相思广泛分布于热带和亚热带沿海地区,在海岛生态系统中起重要作用。以闽东地区6座海岛的台湾相思(Acacia confusa)人工林为研究对象,基于群落调查,采用相关性分析、冗余分析、逐步回归分析和结构方程模型等方法,探究环境因子对群落物种多样性、功能多样性的影响及其相互的关系。结果发现:(1)粗芦岛物种Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、琅岐岛物种Pielou均匀度指数显著低于其他海岛,6座海岛的Simpson多样性指数和Patrick丰富度指数不存在显著差异,4个功能多样性指数均存在显著差异。(2)功能丰富度指数FRic和4个物种多样性指数相关性显著,且均呈正相关;Rao二次熵指数RaoQ与Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数和Patrick丰富度指数相关性显著,且均呈负相关;功能分歧度指数FDiv与物种Pielou均匀度指数存在显著负相关。除功能丰富度指数FRic外,其余功能多样性指数与物种多样性指数之间的拟合相关性均较弱。(3)土壤全氮、土壤全磷、海拔、坡向、郁闭度和风速共6个环境因子对物种多样性指数有显著性影响(P<0.05);土壤全钾、水溶性盐总量、海拔、郁闭度和距海岸距离共5个环境因子对功能多样性指数有显著性影响(P<0.05)。(4)土壤pH和土壤全钾是影响群落物种多样性和功能多样性的显著因子;郁闭度是影响群落多样性的重要因子,且直接作用大于间接作用;年均降水量能直接影响群落物种多样性,通过影响郁闭度和土壤全钾的路径间接影响功能多样性。综上,闽东地区不同海岛台湾相思林群落的物种多样性和功能多样性存在显著差异,且受土壤,地形和气候三者共同影响。研究可为海岛人工林建设与生物多样性保护提供理论支持。

Determining the minimum sampling area is crucial for accurate and cost-effective biodiversity surveys. This study identifies the main factors (e.g., species richness and evenness) influencing the inflection point method and precision method, aiming to scientifically establish the minimum sampling area for studying the shrub layer diversity of the Pinus massoniana community on Sandu Island, Ningde. Using 64 nested samples (20 m x 20 m) from eight sampling plots, we analyzed the species-area relationship and minimum sampling area. Key findings include the following: (1) The power function model (S = 4.053A0.404) best described the species-area relationship. (2) Species richness significantly influenced the inflection point method, with rare species increasing the required sampling area. (3) Species distribution uniformity and sampling methods affected model outcomes. (4) Repeated sampling from the four corners of the plots reduced bias caused by uneven species distribution. (5) Considering cost, accuracy, and inflection points, a minimum sampling area of 142 m2 achieved 70% sampling accuracy. This study provides a methodological framework for accurate minimum sampling area analysis and offers valuable insights for biodiversity studies of P. massoniana shrub layers in island ecosystems, with implications for international research on similar forest communities.

为了深入挖掘福建省东山岛乡土地被植物的应用潜力,采用层次分析法构建了综合评价体系,对东山岛乡土地被植物进行系统评价,其中生物学特性被赋予最高权重,符合东山岛地区生态环境特点和园林绿化需求;采用样方法在东山岛调查采集到乡土地被植物共53种,其中部分植物如玉叶金花和朱砂根,具有较高的开发利用价值;园林观赏价值较高、生态适应性和防护功能较强的良等植物有地桃花、酢浆草、黄花稔等15种;而马兰、韩信草、天门冬等21种植物的开发价值较为一般,可以进行选择性的开发利用。该评价体系能够反映出东山岛乡土地被植物资源的特点,以期为当地植物资源的开发利用提供参考。

Understanding the distribution patterns and driving mechanisms of bamboo species diversity on islands is essential for advancing knowledge of island ecosystem processes and informing strategies for bamboo resource conservation and management. This study utilized standardized major axis regression (SMA) to assess the effects of island area and isolation on bamboo species across 30 islands in Fujian, China. Furthermore, a partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) was constructed to explore the driving mechanisms underlying bamboo species richness. This analysis incorporated six key environmental factors-island size, isolation, shape, climate, development intensity, and habitat heterogeneity-spanning a total of 12 variables. The primary findings were as follows: (1) Eight genera and twenty-nine bamboo species were identified on Fujian islands. Species richness increased significantly with island area, consistent with the theory of area effects, while isolation had no significant impact on richness. (2) Different reproductive types exhibited distinct responses to environmental conditions. This was evident in the species-area relationship slopes (z-values): SR = 2.07; monopodial = 0.94; sympodial = 0.82; and polycyclic = 0.44. These variations highlight the ecological adaptability and functional traits of different reproductive strategies within island ecosystems. (3) Among the six environmental factors, island area exerted the greatest influence on species richness, underscoring its role as the primary driver of bamboo diversity and reproductive strategies. (4) Island area and isolation also impacted species richness indirectly through their effects on development intensity. In conclusion, the bamboo species richness and reproductive types on Fujian islands are primarily shaped by island area, followed by development intensity and habitat heterogeneity. In contrast, climate, island shape, and isolation play relatively minor roles. This study provides critical insights into the interplay of island area, isolation, shape, climate, development intensity, and habitat heterogeneity in shaping bamboo diversity. The findings offer a valuable foundation for bamboo resource conservation, island ecosystem management, and sustainable development.
