数字经济赋能“以竹代塑”产品价值实现路径研究

Abstract :

随着数字化浪潮的迅猛推进,数字经济成为产业变革的核心驱动力,“以竹代塑”作为绿色发展的重要举措,亟待借助数字经济实现产品价值最大化。“以竹代塑”政策从早期国家扶持到融入顶层设计,为“以竹代塑”推广构筑了坚实支撑体系。首先,通过探讨“以竹代塑”当前发展现状,深入剖析数字经济赋能“以竹代塑”产品价值实现的理论逻辑;其次,针对“以竹代塑”产品数字化进程中面临的诸多挑战,详细阐述数字经济如何通过推动产业机制、材料、产品智能化以及数字平台的创新,全方位赋能“以竹代塑”发展;最后,提出了“竹材+”“竹数+”“竹智+”3条核心路径,旨在为竹企提供转型思路,顺应数字经济趋势,开启“以竹代塑”发展新篇章。

Abstract :

With the advancement of global sustainable development goals and the introduction of the 'dual-carbon' strategy, intelligent manufacturing (IM) has become an important pathway to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. However, the ways in which IM enhances environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) performance, along with its potential mechanisms, remain unexplored. This study employs a two-way fixed-effects model with panel data from 4417 Chinese listed firms spanning the period 2009-2022 to examine these relationships. It is found that IM significantly improves corporate ESG performance. Robustness tests confirm the reliability of these results, and mechanism analysis highlights the mediating effects of information transparency, green technology innovation, and supply chain collaborative innovation. Furthermore, the heterogeneity analysis indicates that IM has a notably stronger effect in high-carbon-emission sectors, state-owned enterprises, and high-tech industries. This suggests that policymakers should design differentiated policies based on industry and firm characteristics to promote the adoption of IM and foster sustainable development strategies. This research contributes to expanding the theoretical understanding of how IM affects ESG while also providing empirical evidence for enterprises and governments to promote green transformation.

福州脱胎漆器从传统工艺器具到以“人”为核心的艺术作品,这种演变改变了漆器原始、单一的状态,漆器艺术关注到了自然万物、人文景观。也就是说,漆器从传统质朴的民俗用具变成了承载人类思维、观念的文化艺术品。本文重点阐释福州脱胎漆器的仿生造物之美,力求研究福州脱胎漆器的艺术术语,为民族脱胎漆器文化带去更新的阐释语言。

本文主要以瓷胎为艺术的表现媒介,传承传统髹漆工艺,弘扬传统手工艺人的匠心精神。作品展现了传统髹漆技艺的制作方法,彰显了瓷胎漆器技艺的魅力,丰富和拓展了漆器的审美范畴,构成了瓷与漆双重属性的跨界与融合。笔者阐述了瓷胎漆器的历史文化,着重从物哀中的光闪漆面、儒雅中的温润髹漆、意气中的柔美镶嵌三个方面来论述髹漆技艺的应用与创新。

Body pigmentation is an important character of insects in adapting to biotic and abiotic environmental challenges. Additionally, based on the relative ease of screening, several genes involved in insect melanization have been used in classic genetic studies or as visual markers in constructing transgenic insects. Here, a homologue of the Bombyx mori melanization-inhibiting gene ebony, associated with the conversion of dopamine to N-beta-alanyl dopamine, was identified in a global pest, Plutella xylostella. The CRISPR/Cas9 system was applied to generate multiple Pxebony knockout alleles which were crossed to produce a Pxebony knockout strain, showing darker pigmentation in larvae, pupae and adults, compared with wildtype. Interestingly, we observed that Pxebony heterozygotes displayed an intermediate darkened phenotype, indicating partial dominance between the knockout and wildtype alleles. The fitness costs of Pxebony deficiency were also assessed in the mutant strain, indicating that embryo hatchability and larval survival were significantly reduced, while the eclosion rate was not obviously affected. Our work provides a potential target for exploring CRISPR-based genetics-control systems in this economically important pest lepidopteran.
