Abstract :
本发明涉及天然产物提取技术领域,本发明提供的响应面法优化三角梅苞片总黄酮的提取工艺,通过接收三角梅苞片原料并进行预处理,采用恒温回流与超声波辅助提取技术,结合响应面法中的Box‑Behnken设计,对超声时间、乙醇浓度及料液比进行多因素交互作用分析,建立了二阶多项式回归模型以预测最佳提取条件。优化后的提取参数组合为超声时间13.7±0.5分钟、乙醇浓度60.0±2.0%、料液比1:29.7±1.0,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率可达8.48%以上。本发明不仅显著提高了三角梅苞片总黄酮的提取效率,还增强了工艺的稳定性和资源利用效率,同时具备良好的工业化生产适配性和技术创新性,为三角梅苞片总黄酮的提取和利用提供了新方法。

本发明涉及触探探头领域,公开了一种集成温室气体原位测量的静力触探探头与方法,包括设有气体检测器、温度检测器以及孔隙水压力探测头的检测探头,在检测探头插入土壤之前,固定杆处于折叠状态,闭合盖覆盖在空气窗口表面,起到保护作用,防止在插入土壤过程中土壤颗粒进入上腔室,对气体检测器和温度检测器造成损坏,同时,这种折叠状态使得检测探头的整体尺寸较小,便于插入土壤,并且当检测探头插入到预定深度后,电动推杆开始工作由于电动推杆呈倾斜状设置,其输出轴通过连接件与固定杆相连,当电动推杆伸长时,会推动固定杆绕转轴向外摆动,固定杆下部靠近电动推杆的一侧的平直状表面为受力点,使得固定杆能够平稳地向外展开。

本发明涉及种植花盆技术领域,公开了一种三角梅提根造型装置及使用方法,其结构包括花盆、无底盆、支架,本发明通过在三角梅的种植花盆上增设有无底盆,借助无底盆通过若干可拼接的扩展环组装而成,能够依据所需对三角梅根系的提根高度,进行扩展环数量的叠加,从而能够对不同高度的根系进行提根,增加了提根造型时的多变性和可适应性,且在花盆上增设有约束框,将约束框放置在花盆中心需要限制根系向下生长的区域,借助其上的孔洞能允许三角梅根系的毛细根穿过吸收花盆内部土壤的养分水分,但通过约束框能够物理阻隔主根向外深扎,迫使根系向预设的提拉区域发展,能从根源上减少无效根系生长,集中能量于造型部位,提高提根造型的效率。

本发明涉及静力触探探头领域,公开了一种用于土壤碳原位评估的静力触探探头与方法,包括探头下壳体以及设于探头下壳体上端的探头上壳体,探头下壳体内设有用于检测孔径水压力的孔隙水压力探头,探头上壳体表面设有光学窗口以及用于测量土壤电学性质的电极环,而探头上壳体内设用于发射并接收漫反射光的有漫反射光发射器、控制器以及用于测量静力触探探头周围温度的温度监控器,当需要清理砂砾时,空压机启动,将高压气体输送到增压腔体中,经过增压后的气体通过连通管传递到塞环。塞环将高压气体均匀地喷射到孔隙水压力探头下端的砂砾堆积区域,高压气体的冲击力能够有效地将附着在孔隙水压力探头表面的砂砾吹散并排出。

Bougainvillea is valued for its ornamental and medicinal properties, but its current propagation primarily relies on cuttings, which suffer from low efficiency. Although tissue culture offers faster propagation and is not limited by seasonal properties, the technical system remains underdeveloped. This study applies the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) to optimize the axillary bud induction and rooting stages of Bougainvillea tissue culture. By fitting a multivariate quadratic regression model to determine the relationship between factors and response values, the study aimed to refine the tissue culture system for Bougainvillea. The main findings of this study are as follows: (1) In the axillary bud induction stage, the optimal induction medium was MS (Murashige and Skoog) + 6-BA (6-Benzylaminopurine) 2.534 mg L- 1 + NAA (1-Naphthaleneacetic acid) 0.1 mg L-1, achieving a bud induction rate of 93.3 %. (2) The ideal rooting medium consists of 0.66 MS + IBA (Indole-3-butyric acid) 2.0 mg L- 1 + NAA 0.09 mg L-1. Upon optimizing the culture system, the bud induction rate during the primary culture stage rose to 93.3 %, and the rooting rate during the rooting stage reached 66.7 %. In conclusion, the optimization of culture media using a multifactorial approach proved more effective than the traditional twofactor method, and more accurately optimizes the media of different stages, which provides valuable insights for improving the Bougainvillea tissue culture system.

Excessive nitrogen fertilizer application in tea plantations is a common problem that leads to soil acidification and reductions in both yield and economic returns. To evaluate the impacts of varying nitrogen input levels (0-600 kg N ha-1 yr-1) on yield, as well as environmental and economic outcomes, a two-year field experiment was conducted. Results demonstrated that when nitrogen application exceeded 150 kg N ha-1 yr-1, key efficiency indicators-agronomic efficiency (NAE), recovery efficiency (NRE), and partial factor productivity (NPFP) declined markedly. Among all treatments, the 150 kg N ha-1 yr-1 rate achieved the highest NRE at 28.01%. Moreover, environmental burdens including global warming potential, acidification, and eutrophication intensified with increasing nitrogen input. Benefit analysis revealed that yield-based economic returns peaked between 150 and 165 kg N ha-1 yr-1, whereas the highest ecosystem economic benefit, accounting for both profit and environmental cost, occurred at 120 kg N ha-1 yr-1. Thus, 120 kg N ha-1 yr-1 is identified as the optimal application rate for maximizing integrated economic and environmental returns while maintaining yield. These findings provide valuable guidance for promoting sustainable nitrogen management in tea cultivation worldwide.

由于掠夺式采挖、生境破碎化等人为因素对生态环境的严重破坏,使多数野生流苏贝母兰(Coelogyne fimbriata Lindl.)植物处于濒危状态,现有贝母兰的繁殖方式主要为分株繁殖,一般每隔2~3年分株1次,繁殖周期过长,速度缓慢,因此依靠自然恢复很难保护野生资源。而现有研究对于贝母兰以及流苏贝母兰的无菌播种繁殖探究较少,实际操作中仍存在不少难题,因此急需探究流苏贝母兰种子无菌萌发的最佳条件,以提高种苗繁育的成功率。本研究以流苏贝母兰蒴果为外植体,对流苏贝母兰种子萌发的消毒时间、消毒剂种类、基本培养基以及光照条件等因素进行测定和分析。结果表明,流苏贝母兰种子的最适消毒方法为用0.1%氯化汞消毒处理10 min或2%NaClO处理14 min后用无菌水冲洗;诱导种子萌发的最适培养基为1/2MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,最适pH值为5.6~5.7,最适温度为(23±2)℃。本研究有利于流苏贝母兰的种苗繁育和种质资源保护,并可为兰科植物种子的无菌萌发及离体快繁技术的应用提供理论及技术支持。

Abstract :
In the context of agricultural green transformation, the balance between the environmental footprint and economic return is a key indicator for measuring the synergy of high yields, high efficiency, and environmental friendliness in agricultural systems. However, the pathways and mechanisms for achieving this synergy in orchard systems remain unclear. Based on a three-year field experiment in Pinghe County, Fujian Province, a comprehensive evaluation framework integrating life cycle assessment (LCA) was constructed. This framework was used to systematically analyze the differences in the net ecosystem economic benefit (EEB) and environmental impact of four fertilization regimes: the conventional farming regime with no mulching (A; 1084 kg N ha(-1), 914 kg P2O5 ha(-1), and 906 kg K2O ha(-1)), the conventional farming regime with mulching (B), the optimized fertilization regime with water-fertilizer integration (C; 250 kg N ha(-1), 200 kg K2O ha(-1), 100 kg MgO ha(-1), and 400 kg CaO ha(-1)), and the optimized fertilization regime with controlled-release fertilizers (D). The results showed that regime D performed best in terms of yield, nutrient-use efficiency, and EEB, which increased by 220.5% and 297.5% compared with regime A, and reduced the input cost by CNY 63,100 similar to 69,000 hm(-2). Moreover, compared with regime A, regimes B, C, and D significantly reduced the carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus footprints, respectively, with the carbon footprint reduced by 6.7 similar to 21.7%, 72.4 similar to 74.8%, and 71.6 similar to 76.5%; the nitrogen footprint reduced by 2.6 similar to 19.0%, 80.7 similar to 82.2%, and 80.1 similar to 83.4%; and the phosphorus footprint reduced by 15.3%, 100%, and 100%. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation index (CEI) is D > C > B > A. In total, the three optimized regimes balanced high yield with environmental sustainability, with the D regime showing the best performance, offering scientific support for transitioning to low-carbon, high-value orchards in smallholder systems.
