Facile preparation of metal organic framework modified covalent organic framework for efficient dispersive solid-phase extraction of toxic basic dyes in food SCIE

Abstract :

High performance adsorbents are crucial for improving the efficiency of sample pretreatment and ensuring the accuracy and precision of analytical results. In this study, covalent organic framework COF-SCU1 was modified with metal-organic framework ZIF-8 for efficient extraction of toxic basic dyes in food. The prepared COFSCU1@ZIF-8 exhibited improved dispersibility and more surface negative charges compared to COF-SCU1, thereby showing enhanced adsorption performance for auramine O, rhodamine B, basic orange 21, basic orange 22 and methylene blue. The dispersive solid-phase extraction (D-SPE) for toxic basic dyes based on COFSCU1@ZIF-8 consumed tiny amount of adsorbent and solvent as well as short operation time. An analytical method for the determination of toxic basic dyes was developed based on D-SPE and high-performance liquid chromatography with detection limits of 0.9-1.6 ng mL-1. The developed method was applied to the detection of toxic basic dyes in real food samples with recoveries of 88.20-105.83 %.

Abstract :

本发明公开了一种基于真空微波和真空油炸技术制备低油脂海带脆片的方法,该方法主要包括:热烫‑护色‑超声浸渍‑预干燥‑冷冻‑真空油炸‑离心脱油。本发明方法对海带片的热烫条件、浸渍液进行筛选、优化以及在真空油炸前采用真空微波技术进行预干燥。本发明方法可以显著降低海带脆片的油脂含量,使油脂含量低于15%,并且缩短油炸时间,油炸时间仅需10‑15min,解决了现有油炸海带脆片油脂含量偏高和油炸时间过长的技术问题。采用本发明方法制备的海带脆片口感酥脆、形态完整、有油炸风味和海带香气,极大程度的保留了海带原有的色泽和营养成分,生产过程简单、成本低,易于实现工业化生产。

Abstract :

A novel covalent organic framework@metal organic framework composite (SCU1@ZIF-8) was prepared via a layer-by-layer assembly strategy, which was used for dispersive solid-phase extraction (D-SPE) of five illegal alkaline dyes before high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis. Surface modification of COF-SCU1 with ZIF-8 would regulate surface potentials of COF-SCU1 and enhance its dispersibility, thereby showing better adsorption performance for illegal alkaline dyes. SCU-1@ZIF-8 based D-SPE consumed tiny amount of adsorbent and solvent as well as short operation time. Under optimized conditions, the linear ranges for detecting the five illegal alkaline dyes were 0.3-400 ng mL-1. The limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) of the proposed method for detecting illegal alkaline dyes were in the range of 0.1-1.4 ng mL-1 and 0.3-4.6 ng mL-1, respectively. The proposed method could be applied to analyze trace illegal alkaline dyes in fish sauce, shrimp sauce, red wine and carbonated drinks. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

目的 基于碳基荧光纳米材料构建掺杂镧系金属铕的蓝色荧光碳点(europium-doped carbon dots,Eu-CDs),并将Eu-CDs 荧光探针应用于食品中组胺的检测.方法 采用水热法和机械搅拌法合成Eu-CDs,并对其形貌与结构进行表征.通过紫外及荧光光谱图研究Eu-CDs 的光学性能,并探究在不同离子强度、紫外灯照射时间、pH、检测时间下Eu-CDs 的光学稳定性.探究Eu-CDs 荧光探针对于组胺的检测性能及机制,并运用于实际样品的检测中.结果 制备得到了量子产率为55.61%的Eu-CDs 荧光探针,并成功应用于组胺的检测.组胺能够基于荧光动态猝灭机制有效猝灭Eu-CDs 位于448 nm 处的发射光.该方法在0.5~200.0 ng/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r2=0.99071,检出限为0.2029 ng/mL.在实际样品的检测中,鲍鱼及牡蛎样品的加标回收率达到95.1%~104.0%和96.8%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.0%,检测性能良好.结论 该检测方法具有方便快捷、灵敏度高、检出限低、线性范围宽等优势,适用于食品中组胺含量的检测,在食品安全领域具有广阔的应用前景.

A new protocol for radio frequency heating of low-moisture, viscous sauces and its temperature uniformity optimisation SCIE

Abstract :

Radio frequency (RF) heating of agri-food, especially low moisture viscous sauces (LMVS), have obvious advantages. However, uneven heating is one main problem of RF heating technology that has to be solved. Due to the unclear heating mechanism and the difficulty to measure the three-dimensional temperature distribution in the heated object, computer-aided analysis method was adopted. Based on the RF heating numerical calculation model after experimental verification and the characteristics of polyetherimide (PEI) assisted RF heating of peanut butter (PB), this study proposed an improved method for an existing pro-tocol. Meanwhile, parameters of the new protocol were optimised by the Multi-objective Global Optimi-sation (MGO) of its surrogate model. Results demonstrated that the best size of PEI block in the new protocol was & phi;100 3 9.5 mm and the positional height was 12 mm. When the pasteurisation temperature Tp was set to 70 & DEG;C and the control temperature Tc was set to 75 & DEG;C, the temperature uniformity evaluation indices, Over-shoot Temperature Control Index (OTCI) and Targeted Penetration Depth (TPD), were 0.920% and 3.975 mm, respectively. Compared with 4.845% and 4.940 mm before improvement, the new protocol achieved significant optimisation and improved the temperature uniformity effectively. This also proved the feasibility of MGO method of surrogate model in relevant studies.

目的:建立一种简单方便的检测方法以分析矿泉水和茶饮料中的无机砷。方法:将氨基化聚丙烯腈(NH_2-PAN)纳米纤维作为管尖固相萃取(PT-SPE)的吸附剂,结合氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱(HG-AFS),对矿泉水和茶饮料中的无机砷进行了检测与分析。结果:管尖固相萃取的最佳萃取条件为:样品溶液pH为8,吸附剂为12 mg NH_2-PAN纳米纤维,洗脱剂为5 mL浓度为0.01 mol/L的HCl溶液;在最优条件下,建立的方法在0.0235~60μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.994,精密度小于6%;对矿泉水和两种茶饮料进行2个水平的加标回收实验,加标回收率都在85%以上。结论:建立的基于NH_2-PAN纳米纤维的管尖固相萃取/氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱(PT-SPE/HG-AFS)法操作简便、结果准确,在无机砷检测方面具有较好的应用与发展前景。

In this work, novel covalent organic framework modified polyacrylonitrile electrospun nanofibers (denoted: PAN@COF(TFP-p-PDA) nanofibers) was prepared and used as adsorbent of pipette tip solid-phase extraction (PTSPE) for the effective extraction of estrogens in milk followed by high-performance liquid chromatographyfluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD). The PAN@COF(TFP-p-PDA) nanofibers was prepared via a secondary growth method for the first time. The characterization results of PAN@COF(TFP-p-PDA) nanofibers showed that a continuous, dense and uniform COFs layer was grown on the surface of PAN electrospun nanofibers, and PAN@COF(TFP-p-PDA) nanofibers had high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area (303.91 m2 g- 1). Several important parameters of PT-SPE affecting the extraction efficiency were systematically studied, and the optimized conditions were comprised of 8 mg PAN@COF(TFP-p-PDA) nanofibers, pH 7 and 1.5 mL of 15% ammonia-acetonitrile (V:V) as elution solvent. Under optimal conditions, the linear range of the tested estrogen was estimated from 1.13 to 100 ng mL-1 with correlation coefficient larger than 0.997. The limits of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were calculated as 0.34-0.57 ng mL-1 and 1.13-1.9 ng mL-1, respectively. The practicality of the developed analytical method was verified through determination of estrogens in milk samples, satisfactory recoveries (87.0%-114.8%) were obtained with relative standard deviations (RSDs) smaller than 8.6%.
