本发明公开了一种环氧大豆油‑木质素‑多元酸三元胶黏剂及其制备方法和应用,其是将木质素、多元醇和水混合后进行机械研磨,然后将研磨产物与环氧大豆油、多元酸/酸酐和溶剂混合搅拌或研磨,从而得到所述三元胶黏剂。本发明充分利用了木质素和环氧大豆油的天然优势,通过简化的制备方法,提高了胶黏剂的整体性能,解决了传统石油基胶黏剂存在有害物质释放,而生物基胶黏剂在高湿度或高温环境下性能稳定性受限的问题。该胶黏剂可广泛应用于胶合板、纤维板、刨花板、竹木复合板等领域,具有优异的环保性能和工业应用性能。

Abstract :

Phosphorus-doped hard carbon/MnOx composites were synthesized by hydrothermal treatment and one-step pyrolysis using coconut shell as a biomass carbon source, phosphoric acid as a phosphorus source and a pore-forming agent, and manganese sulphate as a manganese source, and were used in the field of supercapacitors. The effects of the additions of phosphoric acid and manganese sulfate on the structural and electrochemical properties of the composites were analyzed, and the mechanism of the enhancement of the electrochemical properties of phosphorus-doped hard carbon/MnOx composites was investigated. The etching of phosphoric acid contributed to the formation of a multistage pore structure of microporous-mesoporous composite, which provided not only the composites with bilayer capacitance, but also space for the growth of MnOx and reduced its agglomeration, thus exposing more pseudocapacitive active sites. Phosphorus doping not only increased the layer spacing of the hard carbon and improved the defects in its structure, but also introduced phosphorus-containing functional groups such as C-P==O, C-P-O and C/P-O-P, which synergistically interacted with MnOx to further enhance its electrochemical performance. The specific capacitance of the composite was as high as 302F/g, and the capacitance retention was still 70.5% after 10000 cycles at 10A/g. When assembled into a symmetric supercapacitor, the power density was up to 400W/kg at the energy density of 156Wh/kg, which indicated that it had a great potential for application in the field of supercapacitors. © 2025 Chemical Industry Press Co., Ltd.. Abstract :

Liquid-liquid mass transfer is crucial in chemical processes like extraction and desulfurization. Traditional tube-in-tube millireactors often overlook internal flow dynamics, focusing instead on entry modifications. This study explores mass transfer enhancement through structured inserts (twisted tapes, multi-blades) and inlet designs (multi-hole injectors, T-mixers). Using high-speed imaging and water-succinic acid-butanol experiments, flow patterns and mass transfer rates were analyzed. Results show annular and dispersion flows dominate under tested conditions with structured inserts lowering the threshold for dispersion flow. Multi-hole injectors improved mass transfer by over 40% compared to T-mixers in plain tubes, while C-tape inserts achieved the highest volumetric mass transfer coefficient (2.43 s-1) due to increased interfacial area and droplet breakup from energy dissipation. This approach offers scalable solutions to enhance tube-in-tube millireactor performance for industrial applications.

目的 解决单一组分壳聚糖成膜性能不佳,无法满足食品包装商业应用需求的问题。综述壳聚糖基保鲜膜/涂层应用于食品包装领域的可能性。方法 对现有文献进行系统梳理并综合分析,介绍壳聚糖基保鲜膜/涂层的多样化制备技术、改性策略及性能表征,并概述壳聚糖基保鲜膜/涂层在食品包装领域最新的应用研究进展。结论 通过对壳聚糖进行物理/化学改性,可以显著改善其光学、力学、阻隔和抗菌等方面的性能。最后对壳聚糖基保鲜膜/涂层在食品包装领域的应用潜力进行了展望,指出了未来研究的重点方向。

摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)能有效回收和利用机械能发电,在自驱动传感器中有巨大优势,但摩擦发电材料多为石油基材料,而生物质材料中壳聚糖基材料输出性能较低。因此,开发出高输出性能的壳聚糖基摩擦电材料具有重要意义。本研究利用壳聚糖(CS)、植酸(PA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)构建植酸-壳聚糖/聚乙烯亚胺(PA-CS/PEI)水凝胶,使之形成稳定的三维网络结构和具有较强的化学交联作用,并引入纳米金(AuNPs)形成纳米复合体系水凝胶。经测试,当25 mL壳聚糖-盐酸溶液中CS质量分数为4%时,加入50%PA 2 mL,20%PEI 0.5 mL制备的复合凝胶PA-0.4%CS/PEI,其屈服应力(1.6 MPa)是植酸-壳聚糖水凝胶(PA-2%CS,0.4 MPa)的4倍;当水凝胶PA-0.4%CS/PEI中AuNPs添加量为0.005 g时制得的PA-0.4%CS/5AuNPs/PEI,其电导率为0.099 S/m,电流值和功率密度相较于PA-0.4%CS/PEI分别高出11.1%和23%,表明PA-CS/AuNPs/PEI具有良好的导电性和摩擦发电性能,这不仅为能量收集提供了新的思路,还在柔性可穿戴传感器方面具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract :

Piezocatalysis is a burgeoning sustainable technology due to its attractive potential in solving environmental and resource issues with various mechanical energies. Herein, a high-performance freestanding composite piezocatalyst was synthesized by combining few-layer MoS2 nanosheets with highly porous flexible carbonaceous matirx derived from melamine sponge (CMS), which can greatly harvest mild mechanical energies to trigger off piezoelectric effect for efficient dye degradation. Under mechanical stirring, the developed MoS2/CMS showed distinguished piezocatalytic degradation efficiency (99.8% within 10 min) for Rhodamine B (Rh B) dye solution. Besides, as a brick-shaped piezo-active platform, the MoS2/CMS is easy to be recycled and can remain excellent stability with over 90% degradation rate after 7 cycles of repeated catalytic reactions. To investigate its practical application potential, the MoS2/CMS was mounted in the pipeline of a homemade circulatory system, which was completely decolored 2.0 L Rh B aqueous solution after 2 h under a circulating flow of 30 mL min-1. Overall, this work presents an efficient and extensible strategy for construction of high-performance piezocatalytic materials with not only a desired integrated structure to produce sensitive deformations under mild mechanical stimuli, but also a freestanding form with excellent recyclability to alleviate secondary pollution. This research would provide viable guidance for promoting piezoelectric materials towards practical applications for wastewater decontamination.
