Abstract :
At present, the protection of the ecological water environment in Min River Basin has achieved certain results, but certain problems remain that require strengthened ecological protection and environmental management. Understanding the connection between water quality factors and exploring the factors affecting water quality are of great significance in determining the pollution status of watershed water and promoting the comprehensive management of watershed water quality. In this study, water quality data collected from 20 monitoring stations were used to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the quality of waters in the watershed. Then, the joint distribution of water quality factors was constructed using the C-vine copula method, and the main influencing factors of water quality were explored using the D-vine copula structure. This approach facilitated the current study of the integrated status of water quality pollution. The results and conclusions of the current study are as follows: (1) A total of four tree structure levels were constructed using the model. The indicators with the strongest correlation with water quality were total phosphorus during the flood season and total nitrogen during the dry season. (2) After the introduction of condition variables, dissolved oxygen exhibited the strongest correlation with the rest of the variables during the flood season. Moreover, the permanganate index was most strongly correlated with the rest of the variables during the dry season. (3) Pollution discharges and industrial structure had a large impact on water quality. In particular, urban wastewater discharge, the share of primary industry, and per capita GDP were key drivers of water quality. Reducing urban wastewater discharge and optimizing industrial structure are beneficial for improving water quality. The research results have certain guiding significance for allowing Fujian to achieve water environment protection and sustainable development.

Abstract :
To achieve a more accurate assessment of water resource carrying capacity (WRCC), the indicators of water resources, social resources, and ecological environment were selected to construct the WRCC system on the basis of the combinatorial assignment method with advantages. Moreover, the incorporation of key water quality influences into water quality predictions facilitated the performance of predictive models. Adaptive Lasso Regression was used to select key factors affecting water quality, whereas the CatBoost algorithm ranked the importance of the key factors selected by Adaptive Lasso in the prediction model. The CatBoost Convolutional Neural Network-Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory-Attention (CNN-BiLSTM-Attention) model was used to forecast WQI. The research results propose a new WRCC evaluation and water quality prediction model method. The results show that the average barrier levels for water resources, socio-economic development, and ecological environment were 34.97%, 34.93%, and 30.10%, respectively. Compared to other system layers of WRCC, the obstacle degree of the ecological environment system layer has always been lower. The total sewage treatment, greening coverage in built-up areas, and per capita green space in parks were the main obstacle factors to the WRCC within the Min River Basin. Based on the results of the key factor screening, it can be seen that dissolved oxygen is positively correlated with the water quality of the watershed, while the other key influencing factors are negatively correlated with the WQI. Total nitrogen had the greatest impact on water quality conditions in the watershed, with a regression coefficient of -1.7532. From the comparison of the prediction results, it is known that the hybrid model can make the MAE value of 45% monitoring points reach the minimum, and the RMSE value of 35% monitoring points reach the minimum. The percentages of the remaining prediction models that reached the lowest values for MAE and RMSE were 15% to 20% and 15% to 30%, respectively. Compared with other prediction models, the MSE and RMSE values of the hybrid model were relatively small, which was more conducive to predicting water quality in the Min River Basin.

闽江作为福建省最大的河流,其生态保护对维护全省水生态环境而言意义重大。为进一步利用水质评价和预测方法对水质状况进行有效分析,选取闽江流域2017年1月-2023年8月共20处水质监测站数据作为研究对象,采用水质综合指数法对各站点水质状态进行判断;比较LSTM模型和GBDT-LSTM模型的拟合结果,并对各指标数据进行预测。结果表明,1)闽江流域各监测点除总氮外的水质指标均呈现较好趋势,各监测点的总氮浓度存在差异,整体情况较差,其中位于三明和南平市的河段由于当地重工业发达,导致水体中的硝态氮不断增加,进而致使河段内总氮浓度过高。2)流域水质的WQI值呈现逐年上升的趋势,水质状况普遍处于中等及以上水平,仅有少数监测点的水质状况处于很差状态,从中上游携带的泥沙等固体的堆积导致了连江琯头的水质情况较差;沙县斑竹溪渡口由于位于三明和南平的交界处,且沿岸分布较多重工业城市,故水质状态略差;相较于南平和三明的大型重工业企业,位于古田县的监测点以农业、轻工业为主,对水质指标的影响相对较小,水质状况因此较好。3)采用GBDT对变异程度较高的各水质指标在预测模型中的重要性进行排序,发现GBDT-LSTM混合模型的拟合效果相较于LSTM模型更好,更有利于对水质状况进行精确地预测。4)水体中总氮、高锰酸盐指数等含量的不断增加主要源于大量的工业废水,建议加强对临近闽江流域高污染高排放企业的控制,科学合理地实现工业污染排放和污染物容量在时空上的合理分配。

当前,我国数字经济正处于蓬勃发展的阶段,在不断做强数字经济的同时还需注重科技同生态的深入协同发展。该文结合中立型交叉效率模型和Malmquist指数测算福建省数字经济生产效率,采用DPSIR和熵权-TOPSIS模型测算生态环境承载力,在此基础上构建耦合协调模型,并对其时序变化和空间特征进行分析。结果表明,福建省数字经济和生态环境承载力的耦合协调度逐渐向好发展,但仍旧存在发展空间,应该积极促进绿色发展和数字产业深度融合。

Increased air pollution is driven by anthropogenic pollution emissions and climate change, which pose great challenges to environmental governance. Strengthening the monitoring of regional air quality levels and analyzing the causes of regional pollution is conducive to the management and sustainable development of the regional atmosphere. Functional data obtained on a wavelet basis were used in the fitting of air quality data of Fujian Province, and wavelet decomposition was performed to obtain low-frequency and high-frequency information. While the Fourier basis cannot adaptively adjust the time-frequency window, resulting in the loss of location information of special frequencies, the wavelet basis solves this problem. Functional analysis of variance was utilized for analyzing spatial differences in air pollution characteristics. Furthermore, the study established a multivariate functional linear regression model to explore the impact of meteorological factors and ozone precursor factors. The results indicated that the overall air quality was gradually improving in Fujian Province, but the concentration of ozone was progressively increasing. Air pollution in coastal areas was higher than that in inland areas. The p-values of the functional analysis of variance for energy values and crest values were less than 0.05. Moreover, the energy entropy and kurtosis values were greater than 0.05. There were significant differences of AQI in the fluctuation amplitude and variation characteristics of different cities. The total squared multiple correlation of regression model was above 50% on average. Ozone is currently the most serious pollution factor, mainly affected by wind speed, temperature, NO2, and CO. In summer, it was principally influenced by VOCs. The findings of this study could act as a reference in exploring the time-frequency characteristics of air quality data and support of air pollution control.

It is generally accepted that air quality is closely related to human health. In this study, to investigate the dynamic characteristics of air quality and explore the driving factors of air pollution, the Air Quality Index (AQI) and concentration data of six air pollutants (CO, NO2, O3, PM2.5, PM10, and SO2) were fitted to functional curves using the B-spline basis function. Compared with discrete data, functional data can better express the dynamic characteristics of data and reduce information loss. Additionally, functional clustering based on the principal component coefficient was established to analyze the spatiotemporal dynamic characteristics of air quality, and a functional linear model was established to analyze the relationship between pollutants and anthropogenic factors. The results showed that air pollutants in Fujian Province were found to have certain temporal and spatial heterogeneity, among which the seasonal characteristics of NO2 and O3 (high in summer, low in winter) were opposite to those of the other pollutants considered. The spatial distribution of air pollution was low (high) pollution in inland (coastal) areas, and the primary air pollutants in Fujian Province were PM10 and PM2.5. The functional linear model indicated that anthropogenic factors (e.g., vehicle numbers and emissions of industrial NOX emissions) were found to have a notable impact on air pollutants. The findings of this study could act as a reference in support of air pollution control.

确定地震灾害损失分布有利于防灾减灾及灾后赔偿工作的开展.运用超越阈值模型(POT)、马尔科夫链蒙特卡洛估计(MCMC)等研究方法,探索我国地震损失分布特征,并进行参数估计.POT模型能够有效运用极端数据.研究结果显示,我国地震损失具有“尖峰、厚尾”的特征,适合使用广义Pareto分布(GPD)拟合,且通过分布拟合图、残差QQ图等检验.经Hill图、均值超额函数图比较不同阈值下GPD分布的参数估计,得到阈值μ=3.4较合适并建立模型,使用极大似然法进行参数估计且通过检验.考虑到小样本情形下极大似然法可能失效的问题,使用蒙特卡洛法估计参数,并比较不同样本量下极大似然法和蒙特卡洛法的参数估计结果,得到小样本情形下蒙特卡洛法估计效果更理想.

该文构建了福州市人口结构—乡村振兴发展系统评价指标体系,基于熵权法—耦合协调度模型及岭回归模型,分析了2002—2021年福州市人口结构与乡村振兴发展耦合协调度演进趋势,并进一步探讨其影响因素。结果表明,福州市人口结构—乡村振兴发展耦合协调度整体表现为逐年递增;目前福州市处于中级协调阶段,且二者发展处于高度同步状态;耦合协调度主要影响因素的重要程度按大小排序依次为生态、产业、组织、文化和人才。

Water Ecological Civilization Construction (WECC) is critical for promoting long-term resource, economic, and social development. The Min River is the longest in Fujian Province, China, and is known as the "golden canal" for shipping. In this study, data from cities around the Min River were used to build an evaluation index system for WECC in the Min River, incorporating the Pressure-State-Response model, and the matter element extension model was used to examine the WECC level in the Min River Basin. The results indicate that notable progress has been made for WECC in the Min River Basin, despite evident regional variation. The upper parts of the Min River have seen the most development; however, the downstream regions have been mainly stable and retained a high WECC level. Changes in industrial structure and government actions substantially affect the degree of WECC. This study can act as a reference for river basin WECC.
