Abstract :
With the rapid advancement and ongoing evolution of data information technology, the methods and approaches for data collection have become increasingly varied. The synthesis of heterogeneous big data to minimize information loss during the aggregation process poses a significant challenge. In practical applications, fuzzy dimensionality reduction characterization has proven to be an effective approach for handling heterogeneous big data. In this study, a novel approach is proposed for characterizing and evaluating heterogeneous big data using an interval intuitionistic fuzzy framework. We establish the interval intuitionistic fuzzy transformation method for large-scale quantitative data by defining satisfaction intervals, dissatisfaction intervals, and hesitation intervals. To integrate calculation and processing for linguistic evaluation information with different granularities, a transformation formula that handles multi-granularity uncertain linguistic information and interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is introduced. The proposed formula aggregates heterogeneous attribute values into interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. We employ interval intuitionistic fuzzy entropy to determine the objective weight of each evaluation indicator. Subsequently, the interval intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation information for each alternative scheme, enabling effective ranking based on the information, is derived. Finally, the applicability of our proposed method is verified through a case study conducted on forest land in the county area of Fujian province. This case study comprehensively assesses and ranks the forest land quality in 16 sample plots. The evaluation serves as a theoretical framework for advancing sustainable development and conservation initiatives about forest land within the county.

Abstract :
The existing probabilistic hesitant fuzzy decision-making methods are mostly based on discrete probability and seldom consider the continuity of probabilistic information of hesitant elements. Ignoring the continuity of probabilities is prone to distortion and loss of the original information. Continuous processing of the discrete probability information of hesitant fuzzy elements can effectively simplify the integration process of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy information. Aiming at the problem of the continuity of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy numbers, the continuous probabilistic hesitant fuzzy numbers whose interval variables obey Gamma distribution, Exponential distribution, Chi-square distribution, and Erlang distribution are proposed. Their properties, algorithms, and related concepts are introduced. Secondly, the normalization method of the continuous probabilistic hesitant fuzzy numbers is proposed. Subsequently, based on the three-dimensional geometric metric of the double integral, the priority relationship in six cases is established, from which the ranking method of the continuous probabilistic hesitant fuzzy numbers is determined and the satisfactory consistency index of the priority fuzzy preference relationship is proposed. Then, two kinds of effective aggregation operators for continuous probabilistic hesitant fuzzy numbers are defined. According to the Kullback-Leibler distance (Relative Entropy), a distance measurement method between two continuous probabilistic hesitant fuzzy numbers is constructed, and the good properties it satisfies are investigated. By establishing the optimization model, the analytic expression of attribute weight is obtained. Finally, the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an example of intelligent system reliability assessment.

Abstract :
The soil quality of forest land is directly related to the growth of forest trees and the local ecological environment. This paper proposes an intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic aggregation method for heterogeneous linguistic assessment information, to solve the multi-index assessment problem containing heterogeneous linguistic information. Based on this method, the soil quality of forest land can be evaluated reasonably. Firstly, the multi-granularity heterogeneous linguistic terms are effectively transformed by the defined linguistic scaling function. Secondly, the formula of the deviation coefficient between linguistic terms is given. By fully considering evaluators' risk preferences, the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic numbers are determined using this formula. Simultaneously, the assessment index's objective weight is obtained based on the distance calculation formula of intuitionistic fuzzy linguistics. Finally, the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute assessment (IFLMA) method with heterogeneous linguistic assessment information is proposed. The numerical example is developed to illustrate the validity of the proposed method in assessing the soil quality of forest land. Comparative and sensitivity analyses prove that this method has unique advantages in processing heterogeneous linguistic assessment information.

Abstract :
The healthy development of vegetation ecology is closely related to biodiversity and ecological environment status. A new multi-source heterogeneous information processing method is proposed to deal with the complexity assessment of vegetation ecological resources. A crisp array-based fuzzy representation method is established. We define the consistency transformation function which maps linguistic information to a single-valued neutrosophic number. The constraint is established by using isomorphic forms to express the assessment indicators of vegetation ecological resources, and achieve consistent assessment of heterogeneous indicator information. The neutrosophic TODIM method was used to rank the plateau vegetation ecological resource situation in 12 regions. The results showed that the areas with the lowest ranking of vegetation ecological resources performed poorly in important indicators such as soil PH value, soil texture classification, and soil organic carbon status. The protection of vegetation ecological resources in the southeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau can be started from important indicators, to improve the vegetation ecological resources in the bottom-ranked areas.

Abstract :
The deviation degree of the fuzzy number is an essential factor in portraying fuzzy characteristics. Two different fuzzy ranking methods that take deviations into account have been proposed by Wang et al. and Asady, which have received a lot of attention, but have since been shown to have various counterexamples. To solve this problem, this study first introduces these two ranking methods systematically and outlines their shortcomings. Secondly, we propose a novel hybrid two-dimensional deviation degree to rank L-R fuzzy numbers based on the two-dimensional centroid. In addition, three comparison examples demonstrate that the hybrid two-dimensional deviation degree-based ranking method can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the existing methods in comparing L-R fuzzy numbers, such as logic errors, the violation of intuition, poor discrimination, etc. Finally, the transferability and rationality required for the hybrid two-dimensional deviation degree ranking method are discussed.

Abstract :
The selection of the most suitable phase change material (PCM) is crucial in latent heat thermal energy storage (LHTES) systems. Given the diverse evaluation criteria and complex data forms associated with PCMs, systematic analysis of these indicators is essential for precise material selection. This study proposes a novel method based on the trapezium cloud model, which can effectively handle and integrate multiple data types, including exact numbers, interval numbers, and linguistic evaluations. Corresponding distance measures and score functions for the trapezium cloud model are defined to support subsequent decision-making. Additionally, this study fully considers the impact of potential conflicts among criteria and constructs an improved Interval-based Technique for Analysis of Ratios of Attributes (ITARA) weight determination model, which effectively reflects the relative importance of criteria under conflicting conditions. Based on the above model, this work employs the dual normalized multiple aggregation (DNMA) technique to aggregate the trapezium cloud model to address the problem of selecting phase change materials for LHTES systems. Ultimately, two case studies provide evidence of the extensive utility and efficacy of the technique in dealing with matters pertaining to the choice of phase change materials.

Abstract :
The expression forms of existing probabilistic interval linguistic terms are mostly discrete. When the scale of evaluation information is large and the evaluation information is different, using a probabilistic interval linguistic term set that lists linguistic values one by one has certain limitations in expression. This study proposes a new linguistic expression form called multi-granularity log-normal probabilistic interval linguistic value, which not only effectively processes large-scale linguistic information, but also pays attention to the information distribution characteristics within the interval linguistic term. Firstly, the multi-granularity log-normal probabilistic interval linguistic value is defined, and its algorithms and related properties are introduced. Secondly, a consistency conversion method is proposed for dealing with multi-granularity log-normal probabilistic interval linguistic information. Some excellent properties satisfied by the conversion function effectively avoided information loss during the linguistic transformation process. Subsequently, the attribute ratio Analysis method based on indifference threshold (ITARA) considering the log-normal probabilistic interval linguistic features is developed. By establishing a mixed 0-1 integer programming model based on the cross entropy, interval weights and their indifference thresholds are obtained. The shortcomings of the secondary compromise operator in the traditional combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) method are improved, and the unique advantages of the proposed improvement method are demonstrated through comparative examples. Furthermore, an effective fusion and ranking method for log-normal fuzzy numbers is provided. Finally, the applicability and effectiveness of this method are verified through two species abundance evaluation numerical examples.

Abstract :
Cooperative afforestation integrates collective efforts, balances benefits and helps to address environmental challenges. Existing studies on cooperative afforestation under the forest ticket system have rarely integrated risk assessment with dynamic game analysis of multi-stakeholder behavior, leaving gaps in understanding how risk factors and trust mechanisms jointly affect long-term cooperation stability. In order to research the risk and stability problems of the cooperative afforestation mode under forest ticket system, this study proposes a risk information assessment method for cooperative afforestation in Fujian Province. A dynamic game system for cooperative afforestation mode with the participation of multiple subjects is constructed. This paper analyzes the influence of the risk level of cooperative afforestation in Fujian province in the pilot area. Firstly, the objective weights of the risk factors of cooperative afforestation are obtained based on Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) Method, and then the risk coefficient of cooperative afforestation is calculated. Secondly, the dynamic game system of cooperative afforestation mode is constructed, and the evolutionary stabilization strategy of cooperative afforestation and its stability conditions are analyzed. Finally, the cooperative risk coefficient is introduced into the numerical simulation of the game systems. It is found that under a benign cooperative risk level, the cooperative afforestation mode based on the forest ticket system will maintain long-term stability. It is considered that the pilot area has the feasibility to promote the cooperative afforestation mode.

Abstract :
It is crucial to evaluate the quality of standing timber for the rational and effective management of forest land. In practice, it is often difficult to obtain accurate data on various indicators of standing timber due to constraints such as measurement conditions, accuracy, and cost. Therefore, this study developed a multi-attribute decision-making method based on trapezium clouds and applied it to evaluate the standing timber quality of forest land. Firstly, a trapezium cloud transformation method was designed to handle multi-granularity symmetric linguistic information problems caused by different knowledge backgrounds of decision-makers, and the symmetric structure inherent in trapezium clouds helped to ensure the balanced processing of information from various asymmetric cognitive perspectives. Secondly, a trapezium cloud generalized weighted Heronian mean was proposed for the information aggregation process of trapezium clouds. Then, the concept of trapezium cloud interval similarity was defined, and an optimization model was constructed to determine the normalized interval weights of attributes. Based on the symmetric numerical feature, the calculation formula for the approximate centroid coordinates of trapezium clouds was derived, and based on this, the ranking method of trapezium clouds was obtained. Finally, taking the evaluation of standing timber quality in forest land as a numerical example, the applicability of the constructed multi-attribute decision-making method was demonstrated. In addition, the corresponding comparison analysis verified the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract :
In view of the suitability assessment of forest land resources, a consistent fuzzy assessment method with heterogeneous information is proposed. Firstly, some formulas for transforming large-scale real data and interval data into fuzzy numbers are provided. To derive the unified representation of multi-granularity linguistic assessment information, a fuzzy quantitative transformation for multi-granularity uncertain linguistic information is proposed. The proofs of the desirable properties and some normalized formulas for the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are presented simultaneously. Next, the objective weight of each assessment indicator is further determined by calculating the Jaccard-Cosine similarity between the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Moreover, the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers corresponding to the comprehensive assessment values of each alternative are obtained. The alternatives are effectively ranked according to the distance from the centroid of the trapezoidal fuzzy number to the origin. Finally, based on the proposed consistent fuzzy assessment method, the suitability assessment of forest land resources is achieved under a multi-source heterogeneous data setting.
