Abstract :
In recent years, bearing fault diagnosis methods based on deep learning have made significant progress. However, noise and variable operating conditions in industrial environments result in complex fault characteristics, making it difficult for existing methods to comprehensively extract critical features from raw signals. To address this issue, we propose a Multiscale Time-Frequency CNN-Transformer (MTFC-T) model, which incorporates two innovative modules to enhance feature extraction. First, a Multiscale Time-Frequency Convolution module (MTFCNN) is designed, which effectively extracts time-frequency characteristics and captures local features from different frequency bands. Second, a Transformer Attention Mechanism (TAM) is introduced, combining self-attention and residual attention mechanisms to capture long-range dependencies as well as spatial and channel information, significantly enhancing the ability to discriminate complex fault patterns. Finally, extensive experimental results show that MTFC-T, with its comprehensive feature extraction capability, demonstrates excellent diagnostic performance under complex conditions, strong adaptability, and robustness across various operating conditions, highlighting its practical application value.

Abstract :
Over recent decades, metasurfaces have achieved significant advancements in the development of integrated and miniaturized optical devices. A notable area of research within this field is the development of metalenses. In this study, we propose a broadband achromatic metalens that operates across a wide wavelength range from 9.6 mu m to 11.6 mu m. For the initial metalens, based on the geometric phase principle, micro adjustments are made to the dimensions of individual nanopillars to compensate for phase deviations. To efficiently optimize this metalens, we employ a hierarchical iteration strategy that divides the optimization space into overlapping groups, significantly reducing the loss rate and computational effort. Within each group, an improved reptile search algorithm (IRSA) is proposed to find the optimal solution. This algorithm incorporates a quantum mutation strategy to address the issues of premature convergence and imbalance during its search process. The results indicate that the proposed metalens attains an average focusing efficiency of 39.7% and the correction of chromatic aberration is achieved with a coefficient of variation of only 2.7%. This achievement represents a significant advancement in the field of achromatic metalenses.

Abstract :
Firework oxidizer powders are inorganic compounds that supply active oxygen within pyrotechnic systems. Due to their fine particle size and tendency to leak during handling, accurately simulating their flow behavior is essential for optimizing powder-filling equipment. However, limited research exists on their discrete element method (DEM) parameters, and many key contact properties remain undocumented. This study systematically calibrated six critical DEM contact parameters for firework oxidizer powders-particle density, elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, static friction coefficient, rolling friction coefficient, and shear modulus-using a combination of experimental measurements and numerical simulations. The Hertz-Mindlin contact model was adopted, and a Plackett-Burman design was used to identify the most influential parameters affecting the static angle of repose. Results showed that the static friction coefficient, rolling friction coefficient, and shear modulus had the most significant effects. Their optimal ranges were further refined via steepest ascent testing. A Box-Behnken design was employed to develop a regression model for the angle of repose, yielding final calibrated values of 0.288, 0.035, and 65.076 MPa for the three dominant parameters, respectively. These parameters were then applied in DEM simulations of powder flow involving a T-shaped scraper, which pushes the powder toward the dosing holes, allowing it to fall under gravity. Physical filling tests demonstrated that powder leakage was effectively controlled when the scraper speed did not exceed 0.3 m/s. This study provides valuable insights for equipment optimization and offers a reliable reference for DEM-based modeling and design of firework oxidizer powder handling systems.

Abstract :
The unclear aspects of the continuous microwave drying process for wheat bran were addressed, aiming to improve uniformity and enhance the efficiency of microwave energy absorption during the drying process. A mathematical model for the dielectric properties, temperature, and moisture content of wheat bran was established. Subsequently, a multi-physics coupling model integrating the electromagnetic field, heat transfer, and mass transfer was developed. A moving simulation strategy was implemented to achieve continuous microwave drying. This study identified the waveguide arrangement, layer thickness, and conveyor belt height as key factors influencing drying uniformity. Through single-factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimal parameters for the drying equipment were determined, yielding a waveguide arrangement (b), material thickness of 20 mm, and conveyor height of 135 mm. The electric field uniformity coefficient was 0.25, and the microwave energy absorption efficiency reached 87.4 %. The bench experiment results showed that, under the optimal conditions, the temperature and moisture content trends aligned well with simulations. The root mean square errors were 3.44 degrees C for temperature and 1.75 % for moisture content, affirming the model's accuracy and reliability. This study provides valuable insights for analyzing microwave drying processes and supports the development of effective drying equipment.

针对番茄温室中的长廊环境及植被分布问题,对番茄机器人的多传感器融合的SLAM和导航算法进行优化。基于Cartographer算法,进行激光雷达数据去畸变处理,再通过无迹卡尔曼滤波(UKF)融合激光雷达、里程计及IMU信息进行机器人位姿估计优化,并使用优化后的算法对温室进行高精度地图构建。将建立的高精度栅格地图使用改进的A*与DWA融合算法进行验证,通过动态调整权重和优化搜索逻辑,提高A*算法的搜索效率和路径安全性,使得机器人在温室环境下能够更加智能地寻找最优且安全的路径,在ROS的gazebo平台和实地的温室环境中验证算法的有效性。结果表明,在机器人运行速度≤0.6 m/s时,平均位置偏差为10.3 cm,满足番茄温室的作业要求。

针对菇房内杏鲍菇表型参数测量任务中,由于扫描设备视角受限,扫描的杏鲍菇点云出现残缺问题,基于AdaPoinTr(Adaptive geometry-aware point transformers)提出了改进的SwinPoinTr模型,实现了对残缺杏鲍菇点云的准确补全和杏鲍菇表型参数的测量。该方法在使用提出的特征重塑模块的基础上,构建具有几何感知能力的层次化Transformer编码模块,提高了模型对输入点云的利用率和模型捕捉点云细节特征的能力。然后基于泊松重建方法完成了补全点云表面重建,并测量到杏鲍菇表型参数。实验结果表明,本文所提算法在残缺杏鲍菇点云补全任务中,模型倒角距离为1.316×10

针对目前缺乏杏鲍菇的物理特征参数,测定杏鲍菇形态特征并开展力学特性试验。利用三维激光扫描仪获取杏鲍菇的三维模型,分析该模型并得到形态特征参数;采用质构仪开展杏鲍菇的压缩、剪切以及弯曲试验,得到杏鲍菇在不同加载速度下头部、中部与尾部的弹性模量、抗压强度与剪切强度以及整根的抗弯强度与弯曲弹性模量。结果表明:杏鲍菇的形态呈现两头宽中间窄,体积表型变异系数为38.06%,表明不同杏鲍菇的形态差异较为显著;在不同加载速度下,杏鲍菇中部的抗压强度以及弹性模型高于头部与尾部,而剪切强度介于头部与尾部之间,抗弯强度及弯曲弹性模量分别约为0.2 MPa与0.069 MPa。为后续杏鲍菇抓取末端执行器提供理论指导。

Abstract :
Wheat bran (WB) often suffers from suboptimal drying and sterilisation outcomes during microwave processing due to non-uniform heating and low energy absorption efficiency, resulting in compromised product quality and restricted industrial application. To address this engineering challenge, this study developed a finite element model coupling electromagnetic fields, heat conduction, and mass transfer, which was validated using a bench-scale microwave drying system (multi-waveguide configuration). Single-factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of waveguide arrangement and material layer thickness on temperature distribution and energy absorption. Results indicated that waveguide arrangement exerts a more significant effect on electric field uniformity and energy absorption efficiency. The optimal combination-waveguide arrangement (a2) with a 10 mm material thickness-achieved a temperature field uniformity coefficient of 0.063 and an energy absorption efficiency of 86.3 %. The simulation data showed strong agreement with experimental data, with a root mean square error of 4.13 degrees C for temperature and 1.75 % for moisture content. Under optimal conditions, the average F-value of dried samples reached 9, indicating effective sterilisation. This study successfully optimised the microwave drying-sterilisation process based on multi-physics coupling, providing theoretical foundations and technical guidance for the structural design and process control of high-efficiency microwave processing equipment for agricultural products.

Accurate characterization of the measured surface profile is crucial for the calculation and analysis of real surface contact. This study introduces a model that approximates the original profile using a quadratic function, referred to as the deterministic method. Based on the height ratio criterion of asperity peaks to valleys, a moving reference line strategy is further proposed to enhance the accuracy of profile simplification and to determine the corresponding contact characteristic parameters. Characteristic parameters calculated via deterministic and spectral moment methods are integrated into typical micro-contact models to examine the rough surface contact performance, with particular focus on the real contact area and the contact load. The results demonstrate that the proposed improved method enhances the accuracy of rough surface topography characterization. Greater stability under low sampling intervals is observed in the deterministic method relative to the spectral moment method, indicating reduced sensitivity to sampling interval variation.

Abstract :
The characteristic parameters, such as curvature radius of asperity, height distribution, and asperity density play a decisive role when studying the contact characteristics of rough surfaces. A new method of asperity definition based on curve fitting and peak refit, named the deterministic method, is proposed in this paper. The real topography of the rough surface is described by the moving least-squares method. And the local maximum of the curve is defined as the asperity, and the local minimum is defined as the valley. To improve the stability of characteristic parameters of the rough surfaces, this method regenerates a new asperity when the asperities are gathered too closely. Both the characteristic parameters obtained by the deterministic method and the spectral moment method are used in two typical elastic-elastoplastic-plastic contact models, to analyze the contact characteristics of rough surfaces. Numerical calculation results show that, compared to the spectral moment method, the deterministic method demonstrates greater consistency across different sampling intervals, indicating lower sensitivity to sampling interval variations. This improves the accuracy and stability of contact performance parameters, validating the effectiveness of the proposed method, which can serve as a feasible approach for analyzing fine contact on rough surfaces.
