Abstract :
Near-ground remote sensing image dehazing is crucial for accurately monitoring land resources. An effective dehazing technique and a precise atmospheric attenuation model are fundamental to acquiring real-time ground data with high fidelity. The dark channel prior (DCP) is a widely used method for improving visibility in hazy conditions, but it often results in reduced image clarity and artifacts, that limit its practical utility. To address these limitations, we propose a novel hybrid correction method, local hybrid correction (LHC), which integrates gamma correction for high-contrast regions and logarithmic correction for low-contrast regions within a dehazed image. We calculated the cumulative distribution function (CDF) of Weber contrast for the dehazed image and analyzed the impact of different contrast thresholds on the effectiveness of improving image clarity and reducing artifacts. Our results showed that a contrast threshold corresponding to the 90% CDF significantly improved image sharpness and reduced artifacts compared to other thresholds. Furthermore, LHC outperformed both gamma and logarithmic corrections in terms of image clarity and artifact reduction, even after applying additional post-processing methods such as multi-exposure fusion and guided filtering. The quantitative analysis of the dehazed images, using gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) metrics, indicated that the LHC method offered a balanced advantage in enhancing image details, texture consistency, and structural complexity. Specifically, images processed by LHC exhibit moderate contrast and correlation, low homogeneity and high entropy, all these made the LHC method a very suitable solution for near-ground remote sensing tasks that required enhanced image detail and reduced artifacts. We also examined the atmospheric attenuation coefficient, observing that it increased with distance, deviating progressively from empirical values, this phenomenon underscored the complex effects of atmospheric scattering on dehazing accuracy, especially at extended ranges. Additionally, we refined the transmittance attenuation model using light reflection at the 550 nm wavelength from verdant landscapes, which improved the model's alignment with real-world conditions. This approach was not only effective for this wavelength but could adapt to other wavelengths in future studies. Overall, our research advanced the precision of remote sensing dehazing techniques, promising improved decision-making for land resource management and a variety of environmental applications.

Abstract :
Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) is an important fast-growing tree species for timber production and ecological protection in China. Yet, its tissue culture for seedling propagation is hampered by low proliferation and poor quality. Light quality is vital for seedling proliferation and growth, but the regulatory mechanisms remain poorly understood. In this study, a transcriptome and metabolome were integrated to explore light quality's effects on adventitious shoot proliferation of tissue-cultured Chinese fir seedlings. The seedlings were grown under red, green, blue, and composite light-emitting diode conditions, with white light as the control. Results showed that blue and blue-dominant composite light enhanced proliferation by promoting auxin and cytokinin and increased biomass. Red light promoted shoot height, leaf area, and carotenoid content due to elevated gibberellin and reduced auxins and cytokinin levels but inhibited proliferation due to hormonal imbalances. Green light increased abscisic acid levels and suppressed growth. Transcriptome and metabolome analyses identified key pathways including plant hormone signal transduction, photosynthesis, and flavonoid and carotenoid biosynthesis. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) identified four key genes regulated by light quality that further modulated hormone biosynthesis and signaling transduction. This research provided insights for optimizing Chinese fir seedling proliferation and growth, contributing to sustainable plantation management.

以植物光合作用的基本原理和一种植物特征光谱实验方法的发明专利为依据,介绍以双驼峰光谱光源为基础,研制出能够产生覆盖光合有效辐射范围的多种单色光发生器,采用多种单色光发生器和光合作用测试仪组合构建植物特征光谱测试系统。阐述如何通过植物特征光谱测试系统获取植物单色光光合响应曲线、对应的饱和点曲线和补偿点曲线,并通过具体案例介绍该系统应用,为植物光照提供技术指导。

【目的】研究不同植物幼苗在多种单色光条件下的光合响应曲线及其数学模型,为植物工厂作物栽培架等现代农业种植设施的研发提供理论依据。【方法】应用植物特征光谱试验方法及其测试系统,获取10种植物幼苗的22种单色光的光合响应曲线;选择红椎与马褂木两个具有代表性的植物,得出对应单色光光合响应曲线的数学模型;根据渐近线型单色光植物光合响应曲线的特点提出准饱和点光强的概念及计算方法,再依据所测定的植物幼苗22种单色光的饱和点光强,比较理论计算值与实际测定值的偏差程度,并以此为基础绘制植物光合作用饱和点曲线。【结果】植物幼苗的光合响应曲线可分为两类,以红椎为代表的一类植物光合响应曲线呈渐近线型,这类曲线没有极值;以马褂木为代表的一类植物光合响应曲线则有拐点,这类曲线有极值。模型计算得到的准饱和点光强与实际测定的饱和点光强具有较高的拟合度,经过对数据的综合处理,获得对应的饱和点曲线和补偿点曲线。【结论】采用植物特征光谱试验方法及其测试系统可以得到植物在单色光条件下的光合响应曲线,揭示了不同植物光合作用的规律及特点。由此提出的植物光合响应数学模型与实测值具有较高拟合度,可作为研究分析植物光合作用现象的重要参考。

为获得杉木组培苗增殖的最佳光照条件,采用3因素5水平的二次正交旋转组合设计对其增殖系数、生长量和光合特性参量等进行研究。结果表明:光质对杉木组培苗不定芽增殖系数和叶片光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)的作用大小均为蓝光>红光>绿光,蓝光和红光对增殖系数的影响显著(P<0.05),蓝光对F_v/F_m的影响显著(P<0.05);增殖系数随各光质的光强增大而增大,F_v/F_m随蓝光和红光光强增大而增大、随绿光光强增大而减小;红光和蓝光、红光和绿光的交互作用分别对增殖系数和F_v/F_m的影响达极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)水平;增殖的最优光质光强组合为红光20.0μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、绿光2.1μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、蓝光30.0μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),可获得最大增殖系数(3.57);F_v/F_m的最优光质光强组合为红光20.0μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、绿光2.0μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、蓝光23.8μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),可获得最大F_v/F_m值(0.78)。光质主效应对鲜重的作用大小为绿光>红光>蓝光,红光对鲜重的影响显著(P<0.05),鲜重的最优光质光强组合为红光28.0μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、绿光2.0μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、蓝光30.0μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),可获得最大鲜重(0.21 g)。此外,各光质光强组合对株高和叶面积的影响差异极显著(P<0.01),但对叶绿素(a+b)含量的影响差异不显著。红光有利于提高杉木组培苗生物量,蓝光有利于提高杉木组培苗的光合能力,红光和蓝光有利于提高杉木组培苗不定芽的增殖系数;光质对杉木组培苗不定芽的增殖系数和F_v/F_m的影响具有一定的相关性,暗示光质通过调控光合作用进而调控杉木不定芽的增殖能力。

C-doped titanium dioxide nanoparticles (C-TiO2) were synthesized through a two-step sol-gel process aided by carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as C source, following by annealed at different temperature under vacuum. Lattice defects and room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) influenced by C doping and annealing tempera-ture are investigated in detail. Correlation between the variation tendency of defects and that of saturation magnetization (Ms) of C-TiO2 is determined, and influence mechanism of defects on RTFM is clarified. Results reveal that influenced by the increase of annealing temperature, C-TiO2 transforms from anatase to rutile phase, followed by some brookite phase and a small amount of elemental carbon precipitate. Three types of defects are introduced in C-TiO2 lattice, namely, substitutional C atoms at titanium sites (CTi), interstitial C defects (Ci) and oxygen vacancies (VOs). Content of CTi shows a gradual increase with increase in annealing temperature from 200 degrees C to 500 degrees C, after which a decrement is observed, and that of Ci shows an opposite tendency, while VOs content increases monotonically with increased annealing temperature. Influenced by annealing temperature, Ms shows a similar variation tendency to that of CTi. Joint effect of CTi and VOs promotes the formation of RTFM in C-TiO2, and CTi defects play a major role by inducing ferromagnetic coupling interaction between C 2p and O 2p states. CMC is a more suitable C source than citric acid to induce remarkable room temperature ferromagnetic behavior in C-TiO2 nanoparticles.

Simple Summary The Diamondback moth (DBM, Plutella xylostella) is a worldwide destructive pest with a typical phototaxis, mainly damaging cruciferous vegetables. Our previous study revealed that an LW-opsin mutation causes a defective phototaxis in P. xylostella, but the mechanism behind this phenomenon remains unknown. In this study, the head transcriptomes of the male Geneva 88 strain of P. xylostella (G88) and an LW-opsin mutant were compared to reveal the expression changes of other genes in the phototransduction pathway caused by the mutation of LW-opsin. The results showed that the LW-opsin mutation caused expression changes of the genes in the phototransduction pathway, such as neither inactivation nor afterpotential C (ninaC), retinal degeneration C (rdgC), arrestin1 (arr1), cryptochrome1 (cry1), transient receptor potential (trp), transient receptor potential like (trpl) and inactivation nor afterpotential D (inaD). Considering CRY1 acts as a UV/blue-light photoreceptor, the influence of a cry1 mutation on the phototaxis of P. xylostella was examined, and the results showed that the male cry1 mutant possessed higher phototactic rates to UV and blue lights than the male G88. Our results provide a foundation for further exploration of the phototransduction pathway of P. xylostella. Plutella xylostella is a typical phototactic pest. LW-opsin contributes to the phototaxis of P. xylostella, but the expression changes of other genes in the phototransduction pathway caused by the mutation of LW-opsin remain unknown. In the study, the head transcriptomes of male G88 and LW-opsin mutants were compared. A GO-function annotation showed that DEGs mainly belonged to the categories of molecular functions, biological processes, and cell composition. Additionally, a KEGG-pathway analysis suggested that DEGs were significantly enriched in some classical pathways, such as the phototransduction-fly and vitamin digestion and absorption pathways. The mRNA expressions of genes in the phototransduction-fly pathway, such as Gq, ninaC, and rdgC were significantly up-regulated, and trp, trpl, inaD, cry1, ninaA and arr1 were significantly down-regulated. The expression trends of nine DEGs in the phototransduction pathway confirmed by a RT-qPCR were consistent with transcriptomic data. In addition, the influence of a cry1 mutation on the phototaxis of P. xylostella was examined, and the results showed that the male cry1 mutant exhibited higher phototactic rates to UV and blue lights than the male G88. Our results indicated that the LW-opsin mutation changed the expression of genes in the phototransduction pathway, and the mutation of cry1 enhanced the phototaxis of a P. xylostella male, providing a basis for further investigation on the phototransduction pathway in P. xylostella.

在新工科和新高考背景下,大学物理课程的复杂学情对教学提出了新要求。本文对传统的大学物理课程教学模式展开分析,提出有效适应新时代复杂学情的大学物理课程教学改革思路:将教学内容按照力、热、电、磁、光等五个物理学内容进行分类,并基于此构建模块化教学团队,然后结合“自助餐式”全开放选课、分块授课、统一考核等过程以提高大学物理课程教学质量,最后分析改革之优势、困难及解决思路,对新工科、新高考背景下的大学物理课程的有效教学改革提供借鉴。

目的】探索激光和LED补光对番茄幼苗生长、光合作用及生理生化特性的影响,为提高番茄幼苗品质提供科学依据。【方法】先采用CIRAS-3光合测定系统测定苗龄30d的番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)幼苗在3种单色激光和LED光(2红1蓝)辐照下叶片光合作用的光响应曲线,再以色温6 000 K LED白光补少量蓝光和光合能力较强的红光进行番茄补光育苗试验,以LED白光育苗为对照。【结果】峰值波长650 nm红光辐照番茄幼苗光合能力最强(光合光量子通量密度PPFD<400μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)时),峰值波长650 nm和450 nm激光辐照番茄幼苗的光合能力均强于相同波长LED光辐照;白光同时补650 nm和450 nm激光处理的幼苗所有生长指标、最大净光合速率和水分利用率均显著大于补LED光处理(P<0.05),且这些指标均大于对照;所有试验组的光补偿点相同,白光同时补红蓝激光处理光饱和点最低;白光补激光比补LED光更显著地提高叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,但补光对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著影响。【结论】白光补激光特别是同时补650 nm和450 nm激光处理比补LED光对促进番茄幼苗生长、提高光合能力和抗氧化能力效果更佳。

Light is one of the key environmental factors influencing plant physiology and biochemistry, and light intensity (I),red and blue photon flux ratio (S) and photoperiod (P) are important light factors affecting plant growth, photosynthetic capability and metabolite accumulation. Nevertheless, little is known regarding the optimal combination of the three light factors for plant artificial cultivation and the effect of combination on plant physiology. In this study, Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.) Lindl., which is an important Chinese medicinal plant, was cultivated and continuously investigated under artificial light environment that the three light factors (I, S, P) were designed according to L-16(4(3))orthogonal array. The results showed that all the light factors significantly affected leaf area, stem diameter, plant length, dry weight, flavonoids and polysaccharides contents. Red and blue photon flux ratio and photoperiod significantly influenced pigment content, but light intensity did not significantly influence it. Chlorophyll fluorescence analysis showed that high light intensity not only could lead light stress, but also could promote photosynthetic capacity by combination with red and blue photon flux ratio and photoperiod. The improved protocols I2S2P2(I=60 mu molm(- 2)s(- 1), S=2:1 and P=10 h) and I4S1P4(I=100 mu mol m(-2)s(- 1), S=1:1 and P=14 h) were validated and demonstrated to be the optimal combinations for growth and total polysaccharides content (I2S2P2) and for flavonoids contents (I4S1P4) respectively. This study also demonstrated that orthogonal array design is an efficient way to establish improved protocols of light for artificial cultivation of A. roxburghii.
