本发明公开了一种基于计算机视觉的土木工程结构动态位移测量方法,首先进行相机标定,然后基于无迹卡尔曼结合时空上下文和改进光流算法的特征融合方法,时空上下文算法注重图像强度与其局部上下文间的相关性计算,用于计算结构的整像素位移;还兼顾了光流算法的亚像素级测量;再通过无迹卡尔曼滤波结合两者进行位移计算,并将计算的协方差用于下一帧的预测,提高了位移预测的准确性和稳定性。本方法能够实现在照明变化下对低纹理表面的精确位移测量,具有更高的鲁棒性。

Incorporating Uncertainty into Performance Evaluation of Alkali-Activated Slag Concrete with Recycled Aggregate SCIE

Abstract :

Alkali-activated slag recycled concrete (AASRC) exhibits good mechanical properties and durability, and utilizes industrial and construction solid wastes such as slag and recycled aggregate. However, the inherent variability in the properties of the waste materials introduces a significant degree of uncertainty in the performance evaluation of AASRC. This study incorporated these uncertainties to assess the engineering and sustainability performance of AASRC with various activator types and alkali contents. First, the uncertainty factors associated with engineering, economic, and environmental dimensions were comprehensively identified and then characterized using a series of probability distributions. Second, the uncertainties were propagated using Monte Carlo simulation. Third, the random outcomes of the engineering and sustainability performance of AASRCs were unified using a combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the integrated performance degree (IPD) method, obtaining probabilistic IPD values to evaluate the overall performance of AASRC. Finally, the probability of each AASRC being the best option was obtained. The results indicated that the engineering properties (slump, compressive strength, and autogenous shrinkage) of AASRCs activated by combined calcium oxide and sodium carbonate (CNCs) were significantly lower than those activated by water glass (WGCs) and by combined water glass and sodium carbonate (WNCs), with probabilities exceeding 95%. Additionally, there were no significant statistical differences in economic performance among AASRCs, regardless of activator types and alkali contents. From a statistical standpoint, CNCs demonstrated substantial advantages over WGCs and WNCs in environmental impact categories such as global climate change and human health criteria pollutants. As alkali content increased, no significant differences were observed in the environmental impacts of AASRCs. The CNC with 4% alkali content had the highest probability of being the best option among all AASRCs, approximately 40.6%. This study embeds uncertainty into evaluating the performance of AASRC, broadens the existing deterministic evaluation framework, and thus provides reliable results from the probability perspective.

本发明公开一种基于文本挖掘和N‑K‑SNA模型的近海桥梁施工安全风险识别的方法,包括:1)获取关于近海桥梁施工事故报告,并对事故报告进行预处理,得到事故报告文本;2)将事故报告文本,分别加入近海桥梁施工专用词典和停用词词典后进行分词,得到分词后的事故报告文本;3)将分词后的报告文本利用TF‑IDF算法进行关键词信息的提取;4)将关键词组合成为风险因素,并将风险因素划分为人员、物品、环境、管理因素四大类;5)统计收集案例的风险耦合类型和发生的频率,利用N‑K模型计算目标风险耦合方式的耦合值;6)构建风险因素互现矩阵,生成风险因素网络,通过SNA模型分析网络节点的中心性和可达性;7)融合N‑K模型和SNA模型,识别出近海桥梁施工的关键风险因素。

Abstract :

针对多重同步挤压变换及其改进算法存在的未重排点问题,提出了一种基于最大系数的多重同步挤压变换(maximum coefficient based multi-synchrosqueezing transform,简称MCMSST)方法来识别时变结构非平稳响应信号的瞬时频率(instantaneous frequency,简称IF)。首先,引入傅里叶频谱来辅助多分量响应信号选取截止频率;其次,对响应信号进行短时傅里叶变换(short time fourier transform,简称STFT),针对短时傅里叶变换系数求取针对时间的偏导,从而获得估算的瞬时频率;然后,在对瞬时频率的估算值进行多次迭代的基础上,仅保留时频系数模值最大处所对应的估算瞬时频率,并将其余位置的瞬时频率值归零;最后,对时频系数模值最大处所对应的瞬时频率进行时频重排即可得到细化后的瞬时频带。由于基于MCMSST方法提取的是瞬时频带,故采用时频系数模极大值法在限定的频带范围内提取瞬时频率曲线。通过2组数值算例和1个铝合金悬臂梁质量突变试验,验证了所提方法的有效性。研究结果表明,MCMSST方法不仅彻底解决了未重排点问题,而且提高了瞬时频率的识别精度和抗噪能力。

Abstract :

基于深度学习的结构损伤识别主要通过捕捉数据特征及内部规律来实现。训练样本不足、噪声干扰均可能导致有效特征及内部规律的挖掘失败。从数据中尽可能挖掘更多的信息用于识别损伤尤为重要。文中提出了基于图卷积神经网络的结构损伤识别方法。首先,为了能够提取更多特征,即同时考虑不同位置传感器之间的相关性和各个传感器数据的自身特性,通过图构造方法将一维振动数据转换为图数据。然后采用图卷积神经网络提取图样本的数据特征并实现快速分类,完成损伤识别的目的。采用卡塔尔大学看台结构模型来验证所提方法的可行性及可靠性,并探讨噪声程度、样本个数、构图方式及相关图卷积网络参数对识别结果的影响。结果表明:与一维卷积神经网络相比,图卷积神经网络模型在强噪声、小样本的情况下具有较高的损伤识别精度。构图方式及图池化方法对识别结果有一定的影响,Path构图方式与Topk池化的识别结果较为稳定且高于其他组合形式。

Abstract :

In structural health monitoring (SHM), smartphones are increasingly used for non-contact dynamic displacement measurement using computer vision. To overcome limitations in capturing high-frame-rate data, a non-contact measurement method of structural dynamic displacement based on an improved edge detection algorithm and video frame interpolation is proposed. Initially, a smartphone is employed to capture the structure's vibration video and then generates intermediary frames between adjacent frames that match the structure's motion state by using a video frame interpolation algorithm to obtain a video with a high frame rate. Subsequently, the improved edge detection algorithm is applied to measure the displacement within the interpolated video. In order to address the problem that traditional edge detection may have false edges leading to the degradation of measurement accuracy, a feature point tracking technique is proposed based on the traditional edge detection technique, which effectively excludes the interference of false edges in ROI and improves the accuracy of displacement monitoring. Experimental validation on a cantilever beam and steel frame bridge demonstrates the method's viability and precision, highlighting its effectiveness in improving displacement measurement accuracy compared to traditional methods.

基于云模型和模型修正的不确定性损伤识别

Abstract :

结构损伤识别中存在的不确定性因素相互渗透、相互耦合,对识别结果有较大影响。针对此问题,提出基于随机模型修正和云模型漂移性度量(Kullback-Leibler divergence based on cloud model,简称KLDCM)的不确定性损伤识别方法。首先,采用云模型数字特征参数量化不同状态下实测数据的不确定性,并通过云发生器扩充实测数据;其次,基于改进随机模型修正方法计算与扩充后数据所对应的结构物理参数,根据云模型外包络曲线计算未知工况与健康工况下结构各单元物理参数的漂移度,并以归一化后各单元漂移度指标均值为阈值判别损伤单元位置;然后,在损伤位置判断的基础上,以损伤单元物理参数期望值来衡量损伤单元的损伤程度;最后,采用数值模拟和实际结构验证所提方法的可行性及可靠性,探讨了噪声水平、原始样本个数对损伤识别结果的影响。研究结果表明,与基于最大边界曲线法(maximum-boundary curve method,简称MCM)相比,所提方法受不确定性因素影响较小,具有更好的损伤识别精度。

Abstract :

The variation of illumination may decrease the accuracy of structural displacement measurement based on computer vision. To address this issue, an improved measurement method is proposed. In this method, a combination of optical flow algorithms and spatio-temporal context (STC) algorithms is employed to track the consecutive image sequences obtained, and the computational results are optimized using unscented Kalman filtering (UKF). Finally, the distance between the camera and the given reference dimensions are used to turn the pixel displacements into actual displacements. To validate the feasibility, stability, and robustness of the proposed method, a series of experiments was conducted on a simply supported steel beam bridge in the laboratory and outdoor cantilever beam vibration test, respectively. The results of the proposed approach were compared to the existing vision-based method results and traditional displacement sensor data. It was shown that the proposed method provides better measurement results than the current ones under illuminance range of 1020 LUX to 8240 LUX.

Abstract :

为解决局部最大同步挤压变换算法识别的频率精度不足及频带能量发散的问题,提出一种改进算法并将之命名为改进局部最大同步挤压变换方法(improved local maximum synchrosqueezing transform, ILMSST)。该方法首先对瞬时频率(instantaneous freguency, IF)位置进行多次迭代,从而获得更高精度的瞬时频率位置。其次,搜索短时傅里叶系数模极大值的位置并上下平移该位置,得到初步估算的频带并将频带外的短时傅里叶系数归零。最后,搜索频率方向上短时傅里叶系数的局部最大值所对应的瞬时频率位置,根据这些位置对时频系数进行重排,进而得到细化的瞬时频带。通过2组数值算例、1个7层钢筋混凝土剪力墙振动台试验和1个时变拉索试验验证了所提新方法的有效性,研究结果表明:相比现有的局部最大同步挤压变换方法,改进算法不仅提高了瞬时频率的估算精度,而且改善了响应信号瞬时频带的时频聚集性。
