Abstract :

The impact of the rural digital economy on agricultural carbon emissions and green technological innovation is fragmented, while the influence of the digital economy and carbon emissions on urban and industrial areas has attracted the attention of many scholars. It is necessary to further investigate the relationship between the rural digital economy and its impact on agricultural carbon emissions and green technological innovation. This study explores the impact of agricultural green technological innovation on carbon emissions and its transmission mechanism. It examines the effects of rural digital economy on agricultural carbon emissions, as well as the intermediary effect of agricultural green technology innovation, using panel data from 30 provinces in China (excluding Xizang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) between 2012 and 2021. The results indicate that the rural digital economy has a significant impact on reducing agricultural carbon emissions. This effect remains robust even after conducting a series of rigorous tests, including substituting the dependent variable. Additionally, the influence of the rural digital economy on agricultural carbon emissions is particularly notable in the western and northeast regions, as well as in provinces with limited levels of rural digital economic growth. Furthermore, promoting innovation in green agricultural technology through the advancement of the digital economy in rural areas can lead to a reduction in carbon emissions from agriculture. The research findings suggest promoting distinctive growth in the rural digital economy, elevating the standard of eco-friendly technology innovation in agriculture, and advancing the eco-friendly and low-carbon progress of both the rural digital economy and agriculture

Abstract :

The harmonious development of the ecological environment and the economy is extremely important to achieve regional ecological construction and sustainable development. To properly assess the status of the harmonious development of the ecosystem and the economy, this study constructed an improved ecosystem services value (ESV) and eco-economic harmony (EEH) model to analyze the coordination relationships between the ecosystem and the economy in this region, based on Landsat TM/OLI data of Anxi County in 1999, 2009, and 2019. The results were as follows. (1) Significant changes in land- use occurred in Anxi County between 1999 and 2019. While grassland, cultivated land, and water bodies decreased by 22.91%, 36.82%, and 8.18%, respectively, other land-use types expanded including construction land (206.10%), garden land (56.39%), forest land (10.37%), and unutilized land (90.43%). (2) The ESV decreased by CNY 41.02 billion during this period, with the largest contribution from forest land and the most important service function being regulating services, and mountainous townships made a great contribution to the total ESV. (3) The eco-economic system of Anxi County was at an inharmonic level. The evaluation model produced more favorable results, especially at the township scale, which is highly sensitive to economic policy. This can provide scientific evidence for inter-regional ecological compensation and sustainable development while providing reference and inspiration for similar areas around the world to carry out relevant research.

环境风险感知对茶农低碳生产响应行为的影响研究

Abstract :

茶农响应可持续的茶园低碳生产技术,是发展低碳经济的必然选择,对实现“双碳”目标具有重大意义。文章采用问卷调查和结构性访谈的方法,以福建省5个主要产茶县的535名茶农为研究对象,运用基准回归模型、中介效应模型和调节效应模型,研究在自然脆弱性与社会脆弱性双重影响下,茶农环境风险感知、乡村生态文化韧性对茶农低碳生产响应行为的影响机制。研究结果表明:(1)基准回归结果显示环境风险感知系数为0.8698,且在1%的显著性水平上呈现出显著的正相关性,表明茶农对环境风险认知程度的提升,会有效促进其在生产过程中积极采取低碳生产方式,进而推动农业经济向绿色、可持续方向发展。(2)乡村生态文化韧性在环境风险感知与茶农低碳生产响应行为中发挥着重要的中介作用。(3)预期收益在乡村生态文化韧性与茶农低碳生产响应行为的关系中发挥显著的调节作用。文章从乡村生态文化这一独特视角出发,为理解茶农低碳生产行为提供全新的理论维度,拓展了农业经济与生态文化交叉领域的研究边界。基于研究结论,文章提出在提升茶农环境风险感知的同时,应注重挖掘与培育乡村生态文化韧性,并合理引导茶农预期收益,通过构建政府主导、市场配合和社会参与的乡村生态文化韧性治理新格局,促进茶农积极主动地响应低碳生产行为,推动茶产业绿色转型与可持续发展。

Abstract :

The use of ecological principles to manage plant pests has attracted renewed attention, but our knowledge related to the contributions of ecological pest management to social and natural sustainability is fragmented. In this study, we compared the performance and resilience of tea production and the economic benefits of tea ecological management (TEM) and tea conventional management (TCM). We show that TEM significantly improved tea biomass and quality, nutritional efficiency, and beneficial insects, but reduced seasonal variation. As a result, economic return increased by $8045/ha in the TEM mode compared to $6064/ha in the TCM mode. These results confirm that TEM is a promising production mode that can reconcile the conflict between the immediate and long-term service of agriculture. However, environmental improvements associated with organic pest control benefit society, and the government should provide adequate financial support to promote the production system.

数字经济时代高校财会教师胜任力模型构建研究

Abstract :

数字经济时代带来教学模式、教学方法的改变,对高校财会教师教学能力提出新的要求。该文以“立德树人”和发展学生核心素养为目标,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建高校财会教师胜任力模型,包括四大维度17个构成要素。分析结果显示,“开展教学研究”“批判、创新思维”和“主动学习”三个构成要素是影响财会教师胜任力模型的重要因素。最后,从提升教师学习与发展能力、完善教师知识体系及加大教师发展相关制度创新诸方面提出建议,为推进高素质专业化财会教师队伍建设提供参考。

茶叶是中国重要的经济作物,品质安全附加值大,病虫防控是保障茶叶品质安全的关键环节。传统病虫防控的负外部性明显,生态调控是未来发展的方向,弄清茶农采纳生态调控技术的影响因素及其内在关系是重要的科学命题。为此,随机选取福建省五大茶区的517位茶农进行调查,对获取的数据采用Logistic回归模型分析茶农采纳生态调控技术的显著性影响因素,进而运用解释结构模型(Interpretative structural modeling,ISM)分析这些显著性因素间的层次结构,从茶农特征、技术认知和环境特征3个方面探讨因素间的内在逻辑。结果表明,在茶农采纳生态调控技术的显著性影响因素层次结构中,表层直接因素有茶叶年收益、销售模式、培训次数、政府抽检频率、往年病虫情况,中间因素有新技术成本和收益变化的认知、是否合作社成员、茶园面积,根源因素有文化教育程度、年龄,各层次因素沿根源层、中间层、表层、目标层逐级向上影响。据此,本文从合作、培训、监管、示范等方面提出了对茶树病虫生态调控技术推广进行宏观管理的建议。

Abstract :

Scientific assessment related to the externalities of the tea ecological pest management (TEPM) system that can affect socio-economic development and ecological benefits is important to the sustainable development of the tea industry. This paper used the contingent valuation method to evaluate the externalities associated with TEPM and the factors affecting its adoption by farmers through survey data collected from Anxi county, Fujian province, China. The results showed that the positive externalities, which were not internalized (embodied in price), affected the willingness of tea farmers to adopt TEPM. The willingness to accept a subsidy for adopting the TEPM system was significantly affected by the individual tea farmer's age, education level, income, size of plantation, knowledge of human health and risk preference. The compensation threshold of externalities for TEPM was 5668.80 yuan per hectare per year. It is suggested that the government should adopt this threshold as a minimum subsidy to mitigate information asymmetry in two markets, namely ecological management technology and trading between suppliers and buyers of tea products. Finally, production stability and improved price for high quality tea resulting from healthy ecology in TEPM could enhance positive externalities. This coupled with other benefits, such as a reduction in the amount of resources spent on pesticides, could result in governmental subsidies for TEPM being gradually reduced over time.

中国茶园生态经济价值的影响因素分析 PKU

借鉴Hartman模型构建茶园价值评价模型,并对福建省安溪县茶园生态经济价值进行实证分析。动态分析茶龄、毛茶价格、劳动力价格、贴现率、病虫受害率等因素对茶园生态经济价值的影响。结果表明,随着茶龄的增加,茶园的生态经济价值呈现出先上升后下降的趋势;毛茶价格与茶园生态经济价值呈正相关;劳动力价格与茶园生态经济价值呈线性负相关;贴现率越高,茶园生态经济价值越低,并缩短茶园经济有效寿命;随着病虫受害率的上升,茶园生态经济价值(综合收益最大净现值)不断下降,当病虫受害率从0增加到25%时,茶园综合收益最大净现值从43 979.27元/hm~2下降到15 649.32元/hm~2,下降率近65%。以期为推进茶产业可持续发展提供对策建议。
