茶农响应可持续的茶园低碳生产技术，是发展低碳经济的必然选择，对实现“双碳”目标具有重大意义。文章采用问卷调查和结构性访谈的方法，以福建省5个主要产茶县的535名茶农为研究对象，运用基准回归模型、中介效应模型和调节效应模型，研究在自然脆弱性与社会脆弱性双重影响下，茶农环境风险感知、乡村生态文化韧性对茶农低碳生产响应行为的影响机制。研究结果表明：（1）基准回归结果显示环境风险感知系数为0.8698，且在1%的显著性水平上呈现出显著的正相关性，表明茶农对环境风险认知程度的提升，会有效促进其在生产过程中积极采取低碳生产方式，进而推动农业经济向绿色、可持续方向发展。（2）乡村生态文化韧性在环境风险感知与茶农低碳生产响应行为中发挥着重要的中介作用。（3）预期收益在乡村生态文化韧性与茶农低碳生产响应行为的关系中发挥显著的调节作用。文章从乡村生态文化这一独特视角出发，为理解茶农低碳生产行为提供全新的理论维度，拓展了农业经济与生态文化交叉领域的研究边界。基于研究结论，文章提出在提升茶农环境风险感知的同时，应注重挖掘与培育乡村生态文化韧性，并合理引导茶农预期收益，通过构建政府主导、市场配合和社会参与的乡村生态文化韧性治理新格局，促进茶农积极主动地响应低碳生产行为，推动茶产业绿色转型与可持续发展。

In China's rural financial market, farmers’ credit default has resulted in a high non-performing loan (NPL) rate and increased financial risk. This work uses structural equation model (SEM) to study the factors of farmers’ credit default. The results show knowledge sharing would be the key factor, while the self-control variable is not significant. Knowledge sharing has three levels of dimensions among farmers. Financial knowledge is ranked in order of importance, followed by market and agricultural technology knowledge. At the same time, part-time job salary has a significant moderate effect between knowledge sharing and credit default. This work innovatively constructs two levels of rationality and emotion to analyze the credit default, and expands the application of behavioral finance in the field of farmer credit. The findings have some inspirations for reducing farmers' credit default risk. © 2024

Industry 4.0 is growing, and the strong economy is often accompanied by an integrated financial system. Now China is striving for the "double carbon" target and high-quality development so digital economy and green finance have become important strategies. Thus, this paper tries to construct a theoretical framework among them and uses various spatial measures and panel threshold techniques to analyze their relationship. The results demonstrate that: (1) Spatial correlation is an important and indispensable factor testified by the digital economy and green finance in the process of high-quality development. (2) The effect of digital economy differs from that of green finance on high-quality development. Moreover, the former outweighs the latter in China. The synergy between the two attributes more to economic development, indicating that the digital economy is beneficial for green finance. (3) The test of threshold effect shows that there is a threshold between digital economy and green finance, and only when the two match each other and develop coordinately can the effect on high-quality development be achieved better.

China is one of the world's major producers and consumers of energy. The investment value of China's energy industry has attracted the attention of investors at home and abroad. Few studies, however, have specifically investigated investment ratings in China's traditional energy industry. This study, therefore, uses scientific analysis methods to help investors measure the investment value and returns of China's energy industry. From the perspectives of market performance and earnings management, we select factors that influence stock value evaluation indicators and undertake an empirical analysis using financial statement data for 2020 from the Wind database. Based on a factor analysis of the main financial indicators (e.g. amplitude, turnover rate, gross profit margin of sales, growth rate of operating revenue), we obtain five main factors: stock market performance, trading heat, profit quality, profit scale, and profit potential. The k-means algorithm in Python is then used to analyse 56 stocks in China's energy industry, and we divide their investment ratings into six grades: risk stocks, prudent holding, undetermined class, hold rating, ordinary rating, and buy rating. By identifying the group characteristics of different types of stocks, this study can provide a decision-making basis for investors while also having reference value for research institutions, financial departments, and government departments. © 2023 World Scientific Publishing Co.

本文以“云财务”为背景，分析了目前高校管理会计人才培养的现状，普遍存在“云财务”特征不明显、对管理会计教学不重视、培养的定位不清晰等问题，急需在新的信息技术的时代改革人才培养模式。本文在借鉴国外优秀高校管理会计人才培养的经验基础上，提出了要加大管理会计教学的比重、重构人才培养体系、培养学生适应企业新的“云财务”组织架构、引导学生向“管理方向”转变等措施，为培养合格的管理会计人才有一定的借鉴意义。

China's GEM (Growth Enterprise Market, also named as ChiNext stock market) enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises in the start-up stage, which have high-speed growth. This work uses three-stage least squares (3SLS) based on combines system equation to study the impact of technological innovation investment, executive incentive, and enterprise financial performance. The results show that in China's GEM enterprises, R&D in the current period positively affects financial performance in 1% significance level. R&D of the lag period has a significant negative impact on the financial performance of the current period. Conversely, the financial performance of the current period has a significant negative impact on R&D. While both salary incentive and equity incentive will improve financial performance, executives seem to value short-term interests MORE. Executive equity incentive has a significant negative moderating effect ownership due to ownership structure in GEM is needed to strengthen the control right. This work proposes a new research horizon in GEM in China, and can help the GEM design an effective management mechanism to improve the financial performance of the enterprise.

茶产业作为我国的优势产业,不断推动着我国农业经济的发展,其中地域茶产业成为当地"三农"工作开展的重要抓手,为我国全面建成小康社会,打赢脱贫攻坚做出了重要贡献。在茶产业发展的新形势下,英德红茶的发展迎来了新的机遇,本文通过回顾英德红茶产业目前的产量规模、当地涉茶企业的品牌价值、所获荣誉、科技创新以及茶旅融合等方面的发展情况,并采用SWOT-PEST综合分析法构建英德红茶产业的SWOT-PEST模型矩阵,从政治、经济、社会、科技四个层面分析英德红茶产业存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等因素,从而得出目前英德红茶产业发展具有政策扶持力度较大、地理位置优越、地方经济实力雄厚、相关科研机构应用广泛等优势和机遇。但也存在品牌建设单一、深加工能力欠缺、高技术人才缺乏等问题,面临茶行业相关法律不健全、红茶行业趋于饱和等威胁。针对英德红茶产业所存在的问题,本文从政府、社会、茶企三个维度,提出强化政府引导,优化发展环境;整合社会资源,加强科技支撑;掌握核心技术,延伸产业链条的发展策略。以期更好地促进英德红茶产业的高质量发展。
