Abstract :
以武夷山国家公园为研究对象,基于SOR理论模型的“刺激-有机体-反应”机制,采用多元统计分析方法分析环境感知与游客亲环境行为之间的关系。研究发现:(1)环境感知中地方氛围对游客亲环境行为产生正向影响,而景观感知与旅游疗愈不能直接对游客亲环境行为产生影响;(2)情绪状态在游客行为形成中发挥重要中介作用,但自然联结无法在环境感知与亲环境行为中形成显著中介作用;(3)游客外倾性负向调节景观感知对情绪状态的预测作用。研究结果揭示了不同环境感知对游客亲环境行为的影响过程,将游客个体特征与客观环境相结合,提出了要形成景观布局合理化,增强游客与自然的情感联系;发挥森林康养的疗愈功能,促进游客身心恢复;加强国家公园的环境保护,增加游客的亲环境行为等建议。

Abstract :
In the era of the experience economy, the tourist experience has become a key factor in the development of tourist destinations. Unlike traditional sightseeing experiences, tourism cultural experiences allow for engagement in cultural activities at the destination, thereby fostering a deeper emotional connection with the local community, which subsequently influences tourists' citizenship behavior. The "Village Basketball League" in Taijiang County, Guizhou Province is characterized as a form of tourism cultural experience with high integration and strong involvement. This study presents the "Village Basketball League" in Taijiang County as a case study. Grounded in SOR (Stimuli-Organism-Response) theory and involvement theory, this study explores the influencing factors of tourist citizenship behaviors from the perspective of the integration of culture and sports and constructs a structural equation model that includes tourism cultural experience, tourists' involvement, flow experience, and tourist citizenship behaviors. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0 on questionnaires completed by 314 tourists. The results indicate that: (1) The tourism cultural experience positively affects tourist feedback behaviors, tourist recommendation behaviors, and flow experience; (2) Flow experience positively influences tourist feedback behaviors and recommendation behaviors; (3) Flow experience serves as a mediator between the tourism cultural experience and both tourist feedback behaviors and tourist recommendation behaviors; (4) Tourists' involvement negatively moderates the predictive effect of tourism cultural experience on flow experience. The research findings offer valuable insights for decision-making regarding the development of tourism destinations and offer guidance for tourism development and management.

Tea plants with distinct leaf colours, such as purple, have attracted attention for their potential economic and flavour-related benefits. To investigate how purple mutations influence aroma composition, we analyzed 64 tea germplasms (Camellia sinensis) with varying degrees of purple pigmentation, integrating microenvironmental data, volatile metabolomics and transcriptomics. Purple tea exhibited reduced accumulation of volatile phenylpropanoids/benzenoids (VPBs), higher surface temperatures and enrichment of stress-responsive genes, leading to increased levels of fatty acid-derived volatiles (FADVs) and volatile terpenoids (VTs). We identified CsWRKY70 as a central regulator of aroma biosynthesis, with its expression upregulated under heat stress, activating CsLOX3 and CsTPS13 to promote FADVs and VTs accumulation. These findings demonstrate that purple leaf mutations influence aroma composition by modulating the phenylpropanoid pathway and altering the leaf microenvironment, providing new insights into the interplay between leaf colour, environmental stress and flavour potential in tea plants.

为探究乌龙茶品种所制白茶与传统白茶的风味品质差异,以紫玫瑰等8种乌龙茶品种所制白茶为研究对象,以福鼎大毫茶所制传统白茶为对照,结合感官审评、生化检测和多元统计分析手段进行分析。结果表明:乌龙茶品种所制白茶的外形、汤色较传统白茶暗,观感欠佳;而滋味和香气优于传统白茶。生化成分检测分析发现电导率、pH值、可溶性糖含量、游离氨基酸含量、没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯含量以及表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯含量的差异是导致传统白茶与乌龙茶品种所制白茶滋味迥异的重要因素。挥发性物质检测表明:反式-2-壬醛、顺-3-壬烯-1-醇、棕榈酸甲酯、芳樟醇、亚油酸甲酯、柏木脑、甲酸香叶酯、苯乙醇、橙花醇、水杨酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和植酮是影响传统白茶与乌龙茶品种所制白茶香型呈现的关键差异香气成分。本研究揭示了乌龙茶品种所制白茶与传统白茶间的风味品质差异,证明了乌龙茶品种具有开发花香型白茶的潜力,可为白茶风味进一步多元化提供理论参考。

Abstract :
Introduction: Oolong tea, celebrated for its significance in Chinese tea culture, was the subject of investigation in this study. Methods: Five varieties of Minnan oolong tea were sampled, each cultivated under two distinct management approaches: conventional management and natural growth methods. The study aimed to discern variations in sensory attributes, encompassing appearance and liquor color, alongside the analysis of chemical composition. Results and discussion: The results indicated that oolong tea cultivated through conventional manual management generally exhibited qualities in terms of shape and foliage appearance, in contrast to those grown naturally. However, naturally grown oolong tea tended to exhibit more favorable aroma and taste profiles compared to conventionally managed counterparts. Furthermore, the content of water extract, amino acids, polyphenols, caffeine, and other pivotal chemical constituents were typically higher in naturally grown tea varieties compared to conventionally managed ones. Conversely, catechin content was found to be more abundant in traditionally managed bushes than in those grown naturally. These findings emphasize the significance of implementing appropriate natural growth management practices to enhance the quality of Minnan oolong tea and maintain ecological sustainability.

分析不同年份白茶饼的主要化学成分与感官品质变化,以评价白茶饼储藏年份与感官品质的关系。以储藏2年陈至19年的白茶饼为试验材料,测定主要化学成分,结合感官评价,利用主成分分析、聚类分析、相关性分析、多元线性回归及通径分析,探讨主要化学成分与感官品质之间的关系。随着储藏年份的增长,茶多酚、游离氨基酸和茶红素含量呈下降趋势,最低值分别为50.71,5.78 mg/g和6.82 mg/g;而总黄酮、茶褐素呈上升趋势,最高值分别为62.18 mg/g和27.09 mg/g。主成分分析、感官分析表明,储藏4年的白茶饼的内质综合排名第1,感官品质最高(总分为96.8),具有最佳品质。聚类分析表明白茶饼储藏第2年、第4年和第6年时转化反应剧烈,而8~19年趋于稳定且感官品质逐渐上升。通径分析得出不同年份白茶饼感官品质的变化,咖啡碱含量与陈化白茶饼感官品质呈显著正相关,总黄酮含量呈显著负相关。白茶饼感官品质以储存4,10,19年的整体较佳。咖啡碱和总黄酮含量可作为评价陈年白茶饼品质的直接因素。

Abstract :
Flavonoids (especially anthocyanins and catechins) and amino acids represent a high abundance of health-promoting metabolites. Although we observed abscisic acid accumulation in purple leaves and low levels in albino tea leaves, the specific mechanism behind its impact on flavor compounds remains unclear. In this study, we treated tea leaves with exogenous abscisic acid and abscisic acid biosynthesis inhibitors (Flu), measured physiological indicators and conducted comprehensive transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses to elucidate the potential mechanisms underlying color change. Our results demonstrate that abscisic acid treatment induces purple coloration, while Flu treatment causes discoloration in tea leaves. Metabolomic analysis revealed higher levels of four anthocyanins and six catechins in the group treated with abscisic acid in comparison with the control group. Additionally, there was a notable increase in 15 amino acids in the Flu-treated group. Notably, the levels of flavonoids and amino acids showed an inverse relationship between the two treatments. Transcriptomic comparison between the treatments and the control group revealed upregulation of differentially expressed genes encoding dihydroflavonol reductase and uridine diphosphate-glycose flavonoid glycosyltransferase in the abscisic acid-treated group, leading to the accumulation of identified anthocyanins and catechins. In contrast, differentially expressed genes encoding nitrate reductase and nitrate transporter exhibited elevated expression in the group treated with Flu, consequently facilitating the accumulation of amino acids, specifically L-theanine and L-glutamine. Furthermore, our co-expression network analysis suggests that MYB and bHLH transcription factors may play crucial roles in regulating the expression of differentially expressed genes involved in the biosynthesis of flavonoids and amino acids. This study provides insights for targeted genetic engineering to enhance the nutritional and market value of tea, together with the potential application of purple and albino tea leaves as functional beverages. It also offers guidance for future breeding programs and production.

基于Delphi专家咨询法构建科学的茶树种质资源管理评价指标体系,为茶树种质资源的现代化管理提供评价工具。通过田野调研以及相关标准、管理办法等文献分析,初步拟定评价指标体系框架;以福建省为例,筛选18名专家进行2轮咨询,对专家特征、意见可靠性等进行统计分析,并采用AHP法计算权重。结果表明,2轮专家积极性系数均为100%,专家权威程度分别为0.809、0.847,最终确定4个一级指标、16个二级指标。茶树种质资源管理评价指标体系在专家库中达成了令人满意的共识,即符合中国茶树种质资源管理特色,体现交叉学科优势,适用于地方茶树种质资源管理评价工作。

进入数字经济时代,农业技术推广需要新的思考。本文基于微信、抖音大数据分析了中国农业技术关注者的客户画像,总结了传统与数字农业技术推广模式各自存在的现实约束,并进一步学习国际经验,提出了具体建议。研究发现:释放政府压力、关注农户需求和开发农业数字经济是农业技术推广发展的世界趋势;中国农户对农业技术的关注具有时间性特点,农业大省、四线城市及老年人、男性关注农业技术的势力最强。本文提出一种集约化的“整合小院”农业技术推广模式。这些经验和见解有助于中国农业技术推广工作获得更好的效果。
