Abstract :
气候变化对物种的地理分布格局有重要驱动作用,全球气候变化和人类活动的干扰已经严重威胁到福建柏(Chamaecyparis hodginsii)的生存环境,野生资源日渐稀少,本研究预测了末次间冰期以来福建柏地理分布格局变迁历史,探讨环境因子对其潜在分布的影响机制,为福建柏的资源保护和可持续经营提供科学依据。基于福建柏的160个现代分布点信息和10个环境因子,利用MaxEnt模型并结合ArcGIS软件,预测福建柏在过去、现代和未来不同气候情景下的潜在适生区,并利用贡献率和置换重要值分析环境因子对其地理分布的影响机制。结果显示:(1)福建柏当代高度适生分布区主要位于浙江南部、福建、湘赣交界处、湘粤接壤处以及湘桂交界处等;(2)未来4种气候变化情景下,福建柏总适宜分布区较当代分布范围呈收缩趋势,但其高度适生区分布面积除2090s-SSP126外,较当前时期均表现出扩增趋势;(3)平均昼夜温差(bio2)、最干月降水量(bio14)、最暖季度降水量(bio18)、海拔(elev)、最冷月最低气温(bio6)是制约福建柏地理分布变迁的关键因子。

Introduction Plant physiology response and adaptation to drought stress has become a hotspot in plant ecology and evolution. Cotoneaster multiflorus possesses high ecological, ornamental and economic benefits. It has large root system and tolerance to cold, drought and poor soil. Therefore, C. multiflorus is considered as one of the most important tree species for ecological restoration in arid and semi-arid areas. However, little is known about the physiological mechanisms, molecular mechanisms and drought strategies of how C. multiflorus responds to drought stress. Therefore, exploring the physiological response mechanisms, molecular mechanisms and adaptive strategies of C. multiflorus in response to drought is important for its growth in arid and semi-arid regions.Methods We investigated the response and coupling mechanisms of water status, photosynthetic properties and chloroplast fluorescence parameters in C. multiflorus in response to drought and rehydrated after drought, especially the importance of nocturnal sap flow and nocturnal water refilling to maintain its own water balance in response to drought stress. In addition, we studied the stress response of C. multiflorus transcriptome factors, and we also discussed drought adaptation strategies of C. multiflorus.Results C. multiflorus adapted to drought stress by a series of structural and physiological mechanisms, such as promoting closing stomata, increasing nocturnal sap flow. When rehydrated after undergoing severe drought stress, its physiological activities such as photosynthesis, water status, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and other physiological activities have rapidly resumed. This showed C. multiflorus had strong tolerance to drought. In addition, water status, photosynthetic characteristics, and chloroplast fluorescence parameters of C. multiflorus were highly coupled. Nocturnal sap flow and nocturnal water refilling were very important for C. multiflorus to maintain its own water balance in response to drought stress. Finally, C. multiflorus will strengthen the drought defense mechanism by gene regulation of various metabolisms, such as promoting stomatal closure, reducing transpiration water loss, and vigorously regulating water balance. C. multiflorus responded to drought stress by avoiding or reducing water deficit in plant organs and tissues. Therefore, the shrub C. multiflorus is a drought-tolerant plant.Discussion We explored the response mechanisms of water status, photosynthetic characteristics, and chloroplast fluorescence parameters of C. multiflorus in drought and rehydrated after drought stress, especially the response mechanisms of nocturnal sap flow and nocturnal water refilling in response to drought stress, and identified the physiological coupling mechanisms, molecular mechanisms and drought types of C. multiflorus in response to drought.

本发明涉及植物生态碳汇测算技术领域,具体涉及一种基于气象数据的茶园碳储量动态监测与预测方法,选择茶园内的典型样地,获取典型样地的气象数据和基础碳储量,气象数据包括实时数据和预报数据;建立动态监测,对实时数据进行热害识别和冻害识别;建立碳储量动态修正模型;建立预测碳储量模型,当预报数据内出现符合热害发生和/或冻害发生时使用碳储量动态修正模型进行预测获得预测结果;本发明通过高温胁迫对茶树的损伤呈渐进叠加特性,高温抑制光合作用因此采用求和的形式进行计算,而寒潮增加呼吸消耗,损伤主要取决于单次事件的强度峰值和降温速率;通过提供更加准确的动态测算作为静态测算的补充,能够及时反映茶园碳储量的变化情况。

基于引入气温、NPP、降水的动态当量因子模型,对2008—2023年龙岩市生态系统服务价值进行网格化核算,解析时空演变、用地贡献、公共性及敏感性。结果显示,生态系统服务价值由5 546.84亿增至11 182.36亿,调节服务占65%~79%,森林贡献超80%,公共性指数>90%。基于调节服务和公共性生态服务占主导的特征,提出生态价值市场化不足、补偿机制滞后等问题。建议发展生态产品交易、提升转化效率、完善生态补偿机制。

Abstract :
Precise evaluation of ecosystem service value (ESV) under climate variability is essential for supporting regional ecological management. This study has improved the equivalent factor method. This method takes into account local factors such as temperature, precipitation, net primary productivity (NPP), and tourism revenue, and dynamically adjusts the equivalent coefficient for Longyan City (a humid subtropical area in China). The Equivalent Factor Method after Improvement (EFMAI) is evaluated against the Functional Value Method (FVM) and the baseline Equivalent Factor Method before Improvement (EFMBI), using statistical indicators such as R-2, RMSE, and Theil's U. Results indicate that EFMAI substantially improves the accuracy of regulation and cultural service estimations, aligning closely with FVM outputs. Specifically, ESV changes from 2010 to 2020 show that regulation services contributed 47.6% of the total increase, followed by cultural services (29.4%), while supply services remained relatively stable, reflecting stronger dependence on exogenous socio-economic factors. Despite these improvements, EFMAI does not consistently outperform EFMBI in supply services due to the limited responsiveness of biophysical models to economic and institutional variables. Moreover, cultural service discrepancies arise from differences in measurement basis: EFMAI employs tourism income, whereas FVM uses site-specific visitation data. Given these limitations, the method provides a more nuanced tool for service valuation in policy-oriented regions similar to China and contributes to methodological advancements in climate-adjusted ESV assessment.

KNOX基因家族在植物叶形生长发育方面具有重要调节功能。为鉴定并分析蕈树Altingiachinensis的KNOX基因家族,探寻其组织表达模式,借助生物信息学方法,在蕈树全基因组水平鉴定KNOX基因家族,并对其基因位置、基因结构、系统进化关系、基因共线性以及转录组表达进行分析。从蕈树基因组中8条染色体上得到11个AcKNOXs,其中AcKNOX6和AcKNOX9无ELK和HomeoboxKN结构域,AcKNOX7无ELK结构域,其余均有完整结构域。蕈树AcKNOXs分为ClassⅠ(AcKNOX1、AcKNOX2、AcKNOX5、AcKNOX8、Ac KNOX10、AcKNOX11)、ClassⅡ(AcKNOX3、AcKNOX4、AcKNOX7)和Class M (AcKNOX6、AcKNOX9)三类。Ac KNOXs蛋白包含144~444个氨基酸,亚细胞定位均位于细胞核,均为酸性不稳定亲水蛋白。表达模式分析表明,AcKNOXs基因存在组织特异性,但同一亚家族大部分成员的表达模式相似。鉴定的11个AcKNOX成员扩增方式为片段复制,无串联重复。AcKNOX3/AcKNOX4、KNOX2/AcKNOX8、AcKNOX6/AcKNOX9、AcKNOX5/AcKNOX10共4对基因间存在共线性关系。该研究结果为进一步研究蕈树KNOX基因家族基因组特性提供科学依据。

随着生态文明建设的不断推进,“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念已经深入人心。本研究基于生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算,对福建省龙岩市“两山”理论实践成效的绿金指数与生态产品初级转化率2个方面进行了量化评估与分析,并提出了针对性的对策建议。研究结果显示,福建省龙岩市GEP在2010—2020年间经历了先增后降的变化。绿金指数尽管呈现下降趋势,但其值持续高于1,表明生态服务价值在经济活动中发挥了积极作用。生态产品初级转化率的显著提高,反映出该地区在生态资源的开发与利用效率方面实现了显著的进步。然而,绿金指数的下降趋势和生态系统调节服务价值的波动提示了绿色生态与经济发展之间的平衡需进一步加强。本研究为推动地方生态文明建设、实现绿色发展提供了有益的启示和参考,为我国生态环境保护和可持续发展战略的实施贡献力量。

To understand the diversity and distribution of endophytic bacteria in moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis), we used 16S rDNA sequencing to investigate the characteristics and diversity of endophytic bacteria in different moso bamboo tissues. After 454 pyrosequencing, we obtained 141,269 sequences from seven moso bamboo tissue samples. The taxonomic origins of unique sequences were identified using RDP classifier. The results showed that these sequences belonged to 26 bacterial orders, including the Actinomycetales, Rickettsiales, Burkholderiales, Enterobacteriales, and Rhizobiales. Among these, Enterobacteriales was widely found in all bamboo tissues. Endophytic bacterial communities differed between the moso bamboo shoot and pole. With continuous growth and development, the number of endophytic species in the moso bamboo pole increased gradually.
