马祖列岛海水养殖区水体细菌群落结构及其与环境因子的相关性研究

Abstract :

为研究马祖列岛海水养殖区水体细菌群落结构特征及其与环境因子的相关性,本实验于2021年3月~5月收集福建连江养殖海区和邻近非养殖海区(对照区)海水样本,测定海水理化性质后,利用高通量测序方法检测不同时期水体中细菌群落结构和多样性特征,并分析环境因子与细菌群落的相关性。结果显示,养殖区海水样本中无机氮含量在5月均低于对照区,养殖区海水中的磷酸盐含量在5月时有所升高,但其在3月和4月同样表现出养殖区海水<对照区海水的变化趋势,且差异显著(P<0.05)。相较于对照区水体,海带养殖区水体具有更高的细菌丰度和多样性,不同时期细菌多样性呈3月>4月>5月的变化趋势。两种区域水体优势微生物菌群结构类似,主要优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota);主要优势属为Candidatus_Actinomarina(相对丰度11.52%~16.72%)。通过冗余分析(RDA)发现,pH值和氨氮含量对水体细菌群落结构影响显著(P<0.05),海带养殖活动有利于降低水体中的无机氮磷含量,对改善水质具有重要作用,有利于水体细菌群落丰度和多样性的提高。本研究为深入了解海水养殖区域的生态效应提供基础数据与科学依据。

The Influence of the Divergent Substrate on Physicochemical Properties and Metabolite Profiling of Agrocybe cylindracea Cultivation SCIE

Abstract :

Agrocybe cylindracea is an important mushroom highly valued as a functional food for its nutritional and medicinal benefits. Many bioactive extracts from A. cylindracea have been found to exhibit antitumor and antioxidant activities. This research investigated the distinct substrates that affected the physicochemical and biocomponent properties and biological efficiency of A. cylindracea. The substrates used were 48% giant juncao grass mixed with 30% Dicranopteris dichotoma grasses, 48% wasted tea leaves mixed with 30% sawdust, and 78% cottonseed hulls, all supplemented with 20% wheat bran and 2% lime. The findings indicated that A. cylindracea grown in the cotton seed hulls had a significant biological efficiency, at 35.8%, followed by the GD + DD (31.5%) and WTL + SD (28.7%). The ash content peaked in the fruiting bodies grown on giant juncao grass and D. dichotoma, while the fat content was highest in those grown on giant juncao grass and D. dichotoma, followed by wasted tea leaves and sawdust. The protein content was significantly higher in the fruiting bodies cultivated on wasted tea leaves and sawdust, followed by cottonseed hulls. The carbon dioxide emissions varied across substrates, with the highest emissions observed during the maturity stage of the fruiting bodies grown on giant juncao grass with D. dichotoma and wasted tea leaves and sawdust. Emissions decreased sharply 110 days after cultivation. Essential metabolites, such as dopamine and caffeine, were enriched in the fruiting bodies grown on wasted tea leaves, sawdust, and cottonseed hulls. In contrast, tyramine and uracil were enriched in those grown on cottonseed hulls.

Three new species of Agaricus (Agaricaceae, Agaricales) from southern China SCIE

Abstract :

The genus Agaricus is the most species-rich genus within the Agaricaceae, comprising more than 500 species globally. Here, we describe three new species of Agaricus based on morphological and multi-locus (ITS + nrLSU + tef1-alpha) phylogenetic analyses: Agaricus aurantifibrillosus, A. fafuinus and A. shenzhenensis. Agaricus aurantifibrillosus and A. fafuinus were collected at Fujian province, while A. shenzhenensis was discovered in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. The morphological descriptions of each new species are accompanied by basidiomata photographs, and illustrations of microscopic structures.

不同氮源对竹荪菌丝生长、产量与品质的影响

Abstract :

以竹荪为试材,采用不同氮源栽培方法,研究其对竹荪菌丝长势、产量、营养价值、矿物质元素及氨基酸组成含量的影响,并运用主成分分析法进行综合评价,以期为竹荪优质高产栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:T1(麦麸)和T2(豆粕)更适合竹荪菌丝的生长,其产量分别比CK(尿素)提高了50.5%和31.0%。与CK相比,T2能显著提高竹荪子实体的蛋白质、脂肪、总黄酮、Zn和Fe含量,而灰分、总糖、总多酚、Cu、Mn和Se含量显著降低;T1则显著提高了蛋白质、脂肪、总黄酮、Zn、Fe和P含量,而Ca、Mn和Se含量显著降低。T1、T2和CK的总必需氨基酸占比均高于FAO/WHO模式谱,略低于全鸡蛋模式谱,表明不同氮源栽培的竹荪子实体均具有较好的营养食用价值。根据SRC值评估,T2的营养价值最高,其次是T1,CK最低。主成分分析综合评价显示,以豆粕为氮源栽培竹荪效果最佳,麦麸次之,尿素最差。

Abstract :

Oyster mushrooms are regarded as one of the most significant edible mushrooms in terms of commercial value because of their rich nutritional profile. Many bioactive extracts from Pleurotus species have been found to exhibit antitumor and antioxidant activities. However, to grow oyster mushrooms in this study, the pasteurized Cenchrus fungigraminus was used as culture material, a type of grass that proliferates and has a high root growth rate. It contains high levels of sugar and protein and yields a large amount of biomass. Because of these characteristics, it is considered an efficient and cost-effective energy crop with various applications, including phytoremediation and fodder production. A pasteurization technique for this grass that is suited for the simplest formulation is simple and cost-effective for growing oyster mushrooms on small farms. This study used pasteurized Cenchrus fungigraminus as a substrate to grow three mushroom species: Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus pulmonarius and Pleurotus florida. The aim was to evaluate their enzyme activities, growth rate, and yields. The findings demonstrated that the average growth rate of three species grown in pasteurized C. fungigraminus was between 25 days and 36 days. Therefore, the mycelium growth rate of P. ostreatus was faster than other pleurotus species in this study. The highest biological efficiency was recorded with P. ostreatus at 78.23%, then P. pulmonarius at 59.88, and lastly, 39.66% P. florida. The changes in five enzyme activities in distinct developmental stages of three different pleurotus species were evaluated. Therefore, the laccase had the highest peak with 13.8 U/g on the 20th day during the growth phase and gradually decreased to the fruiting body stage of P. ostreatus. The expression of manganese peroxidase reached the highest activity of 3.6 U/g in P. ostreatus compared to P. florida and P. pulmonarius on the 10th day. The expression of other enzymes varied between species and developmental phases. The results indicate the usefulness of pasteurized C. fungigraminus for cultivating Pleurotus species and expression enzyme activity in different Pleurotus species.

Abstract :

The integration of forestry and agriculture has promoted edible fungi cultivation in forest understory spaces. However, the impact of spent mushroom substrates on forest soils remains unclear. This study explored the use of seafood mushroom spent substrates (SMS) and grass substrates to cultivate Dictyophora indusiata. After cultivation, soil pH stabilized, organic carbon increased by 34.02-62.24%, total nitrogen rose 1.1-1.9-fold, while soil catalase activity increased by 43.78-100.41% and laccase activity surged 3.3-11.2-fold. The 49% Cenchrus fungigraminus and 49% SMS treatment yielded the highest 4-coumaric acid levels in the soil, while all treatments reduced maslinic and pantothenic acid content. SMS as padding material with C. fungigraminus enhanced soil bacterial diversity in the first and following years. Environmental factors and organic acids influenced the recruitment of genus of Latescibacterota, Acidothermus, Rokubacteriales, Candidatus solibacter, and Bacillus, altering organic acid composition. In conclusion, cultivating D. indusiata understory enhanced environmental characteristics, microbial dynamics, and organic acid profiles in forests' soil in short time.

杏鲍菇菌渣代料栽培对姬松茸不同潮次产量及品质的影响

Abstract :

为探究杏鲍菇代料栽培姬松茸的适宜比例,通过床栽试验研究了杏鲍菇替代不同比例稻草对姬松茸J2和J37菌株不同潮次子实体产量、营养品质的影响。结果表明:随着替代比例的增加,姬松茸J2和J37子实体产量呈现先升后降的变化趋势,替代比例为30%时产量最高,姬松茸J2产量可达2.038 kg·m~(-2),姬松茸J37产量可达2.267 kg·m~(-2)。两种姬松茸子实体产量主要集中于第一潮和第二潮,且杏鲍菇菌渣替代栽培处理前两潮产量占比均高于传统栽培配方。随着潮次增加,姬松茸J2和J37子实体中多糖、粗蛋白和氨基酸的质量分数总体呈降低的趋势,但杏鲍菇菌渣替代处理多糖、粗蛋白和氨基酸质量分数随潮次增加降低的幅度小于传统栽培配方。杏鲍菇菌渣替代处理姬松茸子实体中粗蛋白、氨基酸和多糖的质量分数分别比传统栽培配方提高2.42%~10.44%、4.09%~12.00%和11.07%~23.70%,其中替代比例为30%时营养品质最优。从生产成本分析,杏鲍菇菌渣替代可降低姬松茸栽培原料成本35.08%~54.00%。研究表明,适宜比例的杏鲍菇菌渣和养殖场垫料组合代料栽培姬松茸的产量和品质优且不同潮次间相对稳定,而且该方式可以有效降低栽培材料的投入成本,综合效益比较高。

Abstract :

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), the most common pathological type of esophageal cancer, is one of the leading causes of cancer death worldwide, but an effective therapeutic avenue is still absent. This study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Agaricus blazei Murrill polysaccharides (ABP) and Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides (EP) on ESCC. The results showed that both ABP and EP have therapeutic effects on multiple malignant processes of ESCC, such as proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis, in vitro. Moreover, both ABP and EP retard tumor growth in vivo and the growth of ESCC-derived organoids. A series of genes and proteins changed upon treatments with ABP and EP after RNA sequencing and proteomics analysis. Autophagy, mitophagy and ferroptosis were enriched after treatments with these two polysaccharides, suggesting that the consumption of ABP and EP may represent a promising dietary supplement for ESCC therapy.

鲜菌草栽培秀珍菇的配方筛选、子实体品质及代谢组研究

秀珍菇Pleurotus geesteranus因其口感和营养价值备受市场青睐,其栽培原料以木屑和棉籽壳为主,不利于缓解"菌林矛盾"。研究表明,菌草(干)可替代棉籽壳和木屑来栽培秀珍菇。但在南方多雨地区晾晒菌草的便利性较差,且耗费大量人工和时间。鲜菌草栽培秀珍菇可大幅度降低成本,具有很好发展前景。本研究以秀珍菇为研究对象,利用转化率筛选、品质分析和代谢组学方法,筛选出最优的鲜草配方。主要结果如下:通过栽培试验探究不同配方的菌丝生长速度和生物转化率,以筛选优良鲜菌草配方。结果表明,添加50%绿洲1号的配方10菌丝生长速度和子实体转化率综合表现优异且均超过了添加55%木屑的对照配方1。通过活性成分和营养成分测定,发现与木屑栽培的秀珍菇相比,鲜草栽培的秀珍菇具有更丰富的营养成分和活性成分。对挥发性风味物质的分析结果表明:两组子实体共检测出455种挥发性物质,主要包括萜类(88种)、酯类(74种)、杂环化合物(71种)。挥发性代谢物中,鲜草栽培和木屑栽培秀珍菇子实体的显著性差异物质有11种,其含量在鲜草栽培的秀珍菇均上调,结合差异代谢物风味代谢轮分析,鲜草栽培使秀珍菇子实体具有更丰富的甜味、水果味、脂肪味风味。通过UPLC-MC技术对鲜草栽培和木屑栽培的秀珍菇子实体进行代谢组定性和定量分析,共注释到1,505个代谢物,筛选到108个差异代谢物。通过KEGG富集分析发现差异代谢物差异表达主要集中在光合作用通路和磷脂酰肌醇信号系统通路。

Pleurotus ostreutus is one of the world's most commonly consumed mushrooms. The cultivation of mushrooms using wood resources usually results in environmental issues such as deforestation. Juncao grasses, namely (JJ) Cenchrus fungigraminus, (AR) Saccharum arundinaceum, and (MS) Miscanthus floridulus, supplemented with 20% wheat brain, 1% ground coffee, 1% gysum, and 1% lime, were used as the culture mediums in this research, which offers a composting system with a simple formulation that is cheap and feasible for small farms to use in cultivating oyster mushrooms. The present study assessed the different juncao grasses as substrates for growing Pleurotus ostreatus given their enzyme activities, growth, and yields. The results demonstrated that the yields of pleurotus ostreatus grown on JJ, AR, and MS substrates were significantly different at the level of 0.05 and were recorded as follows: 159.2 g/bag, 132 g/bag, and 65.1 g/bag on average, respectively. The biological efficiency of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in three different substrates was 75.2%, 63.4%, and 28.7%, respectively. Lignin peroxidase (LiP) was the most active enzyme in each culture material among the other enzyme activities expressed differently between the substrate and growing stages. At the same time, other enzyme activities were differently expressed between the substrate and different developmental stages. Nutrient analysis revealed significant variations, with differences in polysaccharides, proteins, and amino acids among substrates, as well as the presence of heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, mercury, and cadmium in all samples within safe limits. The obtained results indicated that Saccharum arundinaceum is a good substrate in place of Cenchrus fungigraminus, and that using Miscanthus floridulus is not productive. Moreover, the juncao grasses offer a sustainable approach that reduces reliance on wood-based substrates and enhances environmental sustainability.
