Abstract :
Hylcalosia Fischer, 1967, is a small braconid genus with 18 described species from the Oriental and Palaearctic regions. A new species, Hylcalosia yongjingzengi Yao n. sp. from Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve, Fujian, China is described and illustrated. A key to all known species of the genus Hylcalosia is presented.

Abstract :
The Chinese fauna of the euphorine genus Streblocera Westwood, 1833 (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) is revised. Seven new species from China are described and illustrated: Streblocera (Eutanycerus) carinifera Li, Chen and van Achterberg, sp. nov., S. (E.) laterostriata Li, Chen and van Achterberg, sp. nov., S. (E.) uncifera Li, Chen and van Achterberg, sp. nov., S. (S.) interrupta Li, Chen and van Achterberg, sp. nov., S. (S.) stigenbergae Li, Chen and van Achterberg, sp. nov., S. (S.) trullifera Li, Chen and van Achterberg, sp. nov., and S. (S.) zoroi Li, Chen and van Achterberg, sp. nov. An identification key to the females of Streblocera from China is provided.

Abstract :
The oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), is one of the most globally important insect pests that have evolved resistance to various groups of insecticides. To clarify the relationships between a novel and widely used anthranilic diamide insecticide (cyantraniliprole) and other regular insecticides used to effectively control B. dorsalis, its cross-resistance and fitness costs to various insecticides were determined. Bioassays with cyantraniliprole-resistant and cyantraniliprole-susceptible strains indicated moderate levels of cross-resistance to both of the spinosyn compounds, Spinosad (1.59-fold) and Spinetoram (1.54-fold), the organophosphate (Trichlorphon, 0.66-fold), and beta-cypermethrin (2.41-fold), one of the pyrethroids compounds. Most of the tested biological parameters of B. dorsalis were negatively affected by cyantraniliprole resistance. Compared with the susceptible strain, prolonged larval duration, higher pupa weight, longer timing of sexual maturation, were observed in the cyantraniliprole-resistant strain. Pupa duration, oviposition, and male remating inhibition on the fifth day were significantly lower for the cyantraniliprole-resistant strain than those of the susceptible strain. Moreover, there was no fitness costs associated with resistance to cyantraniliprole. Morderate levels of cross-resistance were observed between cyantraniliprole and four other selected insecticides (Spinosad, Spinetoram, Trichlorphon, and Beta-cypermethrin). However, the lack of fitness costs in the cyantraniliprole-resistant strain of B. dorsalis could promote the rapid development of resistance to cyantraniliprole. Thus, the results obtained here were useful for the application and resistance management of cyantraniliprole against B. dorsalis.

斯氏蜜蜂茧蜂是中华蜜蜂的寄生蜂,会给蜂业带来较大危害,实践中其常常被误定.为分清该种类,达到正确防治的目的,本研究重新对采自福建省武夷山市的该种寄生蜂雌性成虫的形态特征进行了详尽的描述,并提供了形态特征图.相较于与蜂业相关的其他寄生蜂,该种体型较大(体长4.4~5.0 mm),体形修长;触角较细长(31~32节),但长度短于体长;腹部侧扁;产卵器长而弯曲.

长尾潜蝇茧蜂Diachasmimorpha longicaudata是重要的橘小实蝇寄生蜂。本文用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察并比较了长尾潜蝇茧蜂雌、雄蜂触角感器的超微结构。扫描电镜观察发现,触角有7种类型的感器,即毛形感器、B?hm鬃毛、锥形感器、板形感器、鳞形感器、腔锥形感器和表皮孔。雌、雄蜂触角感器的基本类型、外观、丰度和分布趋势基本相同,但雌、雄蜂触角板状感器和腔锥形感器的结构、丰度和分布趋势上存在显著差异。

本发明提供一种实蝇蛋白饵剂细菌的化学抑制剂,所述化学抑制剂含有以下组分:2.5g/L苯甲酸钠、1.25g/L山梨酸钾、0.225g/L亚硝酸钠。本发明通过鉴定影响蛋白饵剂变质的主要细菌群,并得出能有效控制此类细菌的防腐剂剂种类及最低防腐剂使用量,为蛋白饵剂的使用和储藏等问题提供理论依据。

Abstract :
Hylcalosia Fischer, 1967, is a small braconid genus with 13 described species from the Oriental and Palaearctic regions. The genus is revised using morphological characters and a phylogenetic analysis of COI sequence data; GenBank accession numbers of fifteen sequences we generated from four species are included. Sixteen specimens from Thailand belonging to this genus were examined; five new species are described and illustrated, i.e., H. bothynis Yao n. sp., H. dichromata Yao n. sp., H. eurykephale Yao n. sp., H. leura Yao n. sp., and H. perkna Yao n. sp. A key to the species of the genus Hylcalosia is presented.
