电刷镀镍镀层摩擦磨损性能比较分析

Abstract :

气缸是发动机的重要组成部分,由于活塞的高速运动会对汽车气缸壁造成磨损,长期如此,会造成气缸壁材料的变形和疲劳,最终导致失效,因此磨损也是发动机失效的最主要的原因。为了提高气缸的使用寿命和性能,需要对气缸进行再制造以修复气缸,使气缸能够恢复正常工作。通常采用电刷镀的方式对汽车气缸壁进行刷镀,在气缸缸孔表面刷镀层,延长气缸的使用寿命。从而实现发动机的再制造。本文主要通过调节电刷镀工艺参数来制备不同镀层,对比各镀层的性能从而得出一种最佳的工艺参数。

Abstract :

针对割草机刀片薄而易变形的特点和抗磨损要求,开展激光表面热处理研究。应用正交试验优化的最佳工艺参数对淬火+中温回火的65Mn钢割草机刀片进行激光表面热处理,通过扫描电镜、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机组织性能分析,结果表明:刀片表面硬化层由相变硬化区和热影响区构成,硬化区是隐针马氏体组织,硬度在HRC56~61之间;热影响区为板条状马氏体和针状马氏体混合组织,硬度在HRC50~56之间;由表面到心部硬度梯度良好,耐磨性比未经表面热处理的刀片试样提高2倍以上。实际割草比较,激光表面热处理刀片的耐磨性提高显著。

Abstract :

为改善分体焊接式硬质合金木工刀具的使用性能,采用激光熔覆工艺直接在塑性良好的金属基体表面制备硬质合金涂层。涂层与基体间可达到稳定牢固的冶金结合状态,涂层表面到基体的组织、成分、力学性能呈现平缓过渡,更加适应木工刀具受强烈冲击载荷作用的工作环境。通过正交试验优化激光熔覆参数,发现对涂层质量影响最显著的是激光功率,其次为熔覆轨迹间距,扫描速度的影响最弱。

将Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)合金粉末与纯铁粉分别进行45 h高能球磨,获得Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)非晶粉末和粒度约10μm的铁粉,然后通过放电等离子烧结制备Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)体积分数分别为5%、10%、15%和20%的Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)颗粒增强铁基复合材料,研究15%Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)/Fe混合粉末的烧结致密化行为和Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)非晶粉末含量对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)合金粉末经球磨45 h后转变成非晶态,其过冷液相区达到112℃。通过SPS可实现混合粉末的快速致密成形,增强颗粒含量对复合材料的密度影响不大,材料的致密度在97.5%左右。非晶合金粉末的加入可细化基体相的显微组织,并且随Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)颗粒含量增加,基体相变得更细小和更均匀,复合材料的硬度和强度均显著增大。20%Fe_(60)(NbTiTa)_(40)/Fe材料的显微硬度为232 HV,屈服强度和极限压缩强度分别为650 MPa和743 MPa。

Abstract :

Fe60(NbTiTa)40alloy powder and pure iron powder were respectvely milled in a high-energy planetary ball mill for 45 h to obtain amorphous Fe60(NbTiTa)40alloy powder and Fe powder with 10 μm. The mixed powders with different volume fractions (5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) of amorphous Fe60(NbTiTa)40alloy powders were then consolidated into amorphous particle reinforced bulk iron-based matrix composites by spark plasma sintering. The densification behaviors of 15% Fe60(NbTiTa)40/Fe mixtures and the effects of Fe60(NbTiTa)40content on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the iron-based composites materials were investigated. The results show that the initial Fe60(NbTiTa)40powder are transformed into amorphous structure after milling for 45 h. The amorphous powders exhibit a broad supercooled liquid region of 112 . The mixed powders can achieve rapid densification during SPS, and the relative density of the fabricated composites reaches about 97.5%. The microstructure can be refined by adding amorphous alloy powders. With increasing Fe60(NbTiTa)40content, finer and more uniform microstructure can be obtained, resulting in the increase of microhardness and compressive strength of composites obviously. When the content of Fe60(NbTiTa)40amorphous powders increases to 20%, the composite exhibits a microhardness of 232 HV, a yield strength of 650 MPa and ultimate compressive strength of 743 MPa. © 2015, Central South University. Abstract :

Applying a composition design method of "element substitution" and based on the Slater-Pauling curve, multi-component amorphous alloy ribbons with compositions of Fe69Co8Nb7-xVxB15Cu1 (x=0, 2, 5, 7, at%) were prepared by a single roller melt-spinning method. The glass forming ability, thermal stability and soft magnetic property were investigated by XRD, TEM, DSC, PPMS and B-H loop tracer. The results show that increasing V content can reduce glass forming ability, thermal stability and coercivity, but increase saturation magnetic flux density and Curie temperature of amorphous phase. The widest heat treatment temperature range of 225.9 degrees C appears in these amorphous alloys with V content of x=2. The desirable soft magnetic property is obtained when x=7, with saturation magnetic flux density of 0.96 T, coercivity of only 8.95 A/m, and Curie temperature up to 349.42 degrees C.

Abstract :

Amorphous Fe79Ti16P5 alloy powders were synthesized from commercially available elemental powders by mechanical alloying. The microstructure, thermal stability and crystallization kinetic of as-milled powders were analyzed by XRD, SEM and DSC. Moreover, bulk ultrafine-grained materials were fabricated through spark plasma sintering of the amorphous powders. Results show that the amorphous powders exists two exothermal peaks during crystallization process. The effective activation energies for crystallization are obtained 109.14 kJ/mol and 205.97 kJ/mol for E-p1 and E-p2, respectively, by using the Kissinger method. The mechanical properties of the bulk materials are remarkably improved with the increase in the sintering temperatures. The ultimate compressive strength increases from 1282 MPa to 2015 MPa, but absence of ductility.

本发明涉及一种激光熔敷试样预置涂层用夹具,包括由槽底及两侧壁构成的U形底座,其特征在于:所述U形底座内设有一可纵向移动且用以安设平板试样的基板,所述基板的两侧分别设有一侧板,所述侧板由螺接于U形底座对应侧壁上的螺栓驱动横向移动,所述侧板上表面与平板试样的上表面的距离形成预置涂层厚度。本发明结构简单,小巧方便;使用有机玻璃板制作,加工组装方便,成本较低;平板试样的体积可以在一定范围内变化,适应性强;侧板和基板拆卸和安装方便,便于及时清洗。
