Abstract ：
火灾每年给中国带来了巨大的损失,春节期间的火灾损失更是严重.根据1999-2010年春节期间火灾统计资料,火灾四项指标数据具有时序性以及随机波动性、模糊性.运用时间序列与灰色拓扑预测方法相结合预测春节期间火灾发生规律,且预测出未来3年内的火灾发生情况.结果表明,时间序列预测模型的平均绝对误差较小,且所建立的灰色拓扑预测模型的拟合精度都达到"好"的标准.因此,采用时间序列与灰色拓扑预测模型相结合对春节火灾发生情况进行预测,其结果合理可靠,可供理论研究和消防部门做出相应的预防措施参考,以达到有效控制和预防春节火灾的目的.

Abstract ：
Through researching the traffic flow regularity of single intersection, this paper puts forward an intelligent traffic light (design) method based on BP neutral network principle and fuzzy control theory, in which the variable parameter is the dynamic change of traffic flow. The traffic light control system based on the neutral network fuzzy control technology breaks through the traditional mechanical timing pattern and general control mode. According to the real-time traffic flow, this technology can operate flexibly, and it has 'Associative Memory' function when it realizes the fuzzy inference by neutral network. Thus it can meet the emergency of single transformation under any circumstance and then reach the optimum delay time of green light. The simulation result by MATLAB shows that the neutral network fuzzy control technology is superior to general fuzzy control method, which greatly improves the traffic utilization and brings the obvious economic benefit. © 2014 SERSC.

在对我国108个月(2003年1月-2011年12月)交通事故死亡人数统计资料时序分布特征分析基础上,选取一组阈值,建立不同阈值所对应的时间序列GM(1,1)模型群,基于灰色拓扑预测理论方法,同时运用MATLAB软件,对我国交通事故死亡人数进行了分析预测,用此模型群对未来可能出现一定阈值范围内死亡人数的年份和月份进行预测.结果表明,所建立的灰色拓扑预测模型的检验精度都达到"好"的标准,可供交通部门参考.

根据国家统计局1996—2012年特大交通事故的统计资料,利用Matlab软件对交通事故的4项指标进行动态分布拟合,以灰色预测模型为基础建立了灰色拓扑预测模型,并预测了未来5年的特大交通事故发生情况.结果表明,灰色拓扑预测模型精度达到1级标准,说明该模型对我国特大交通事故发生情况的预测具有可靠性.

The image of the license plate is located and segmented by some digital-image processing technologies such as gray-scale processing, gray-scale stretching and filtering, edge detection, morphological processing, Hough transformation etc. According to the characteristics of the license plate, binary matrix of character image sets the fuzzy matrix, and based on the principle of proximity computing space of closeness to get the fuzzy pattern recognition of characters. On the basis of the data of image pixels, the samples which are randomly selected under noisy condition and which are treated by morphological processing are randomly selected, and then the samples are used to test the simulation and identification of Back Propagation (BP) Neural Networks. With the mathematical software-Matlab programming, the license plates are recognized. The aim is to develop the Visualization of user interface in License Plate Recognition System. © 2013 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.

Based on the traffic flow pattern in single intersection, this paper advances a design method for intelligent traffic lights in the state of stochastic dynamic change of traffic flow by employing the Fuzzy Control Theory. The application of fuzzy control technology to achieve the traffic lights control system not only breaks the traditional mechanical models but also manages to simulate intelligence control system in which the traffic is directed by the police, making possible signal conversion for different situations and optimum delay time of green light. It is proved that the fuzzy control system can effectively reduce the delay time length of waiting vehicles. In consideration of the randomness and robustness of traffic flow, this paper employs the Monte Carlo method in combination with MATLAB to simulate, which proved to be more effective than the traditional control method. It significantly increases the utilization rate of traffic, thereby generating considerable economic benefits. © 2013 IFSA.

海峡西岸社会经济的发展、海峡两岸经济文化的交流对闽台旅游起到积极的作用,而闽台旅游有助于两岸关系发展更好。首先用Matlab软件,对2000—2010年台入闽旅游客源市场的影响因素做逐步回归分析,得到福建旅游外汇收入和月际集中指数是影响台胞入闽旅游的重要因素。结合灰色预测和回归方程,预测未来台湾入闽旅游客源市场。针对综合分析求解的结果,并联系实际情况,对台入闽的旅游客源市场和旅游吸引力提出建议。

大学生是一个特殊的社会群体,分析其消费观念、消费行为等特点,对引导大学生合理消费有一定的实际意义。本文通过问卷调查和网络在线调查,借助MATLAB软件,对大学生在校消费水平与消费结构进行量化分析,再采用聚类分析的方法,将三类家庭的大学生分成高、中、低三类消费水平,最后结合相关分析提取影响大学生消费总支出的最重要两个支出项目,即食物(x1)和衣着支出(x2),建立多元线性回归模型。

在新形势下,农村剩余劳动力转移对经济发展和社会稳定具有重要的影响.对福建省的13个农村剩余劳动力转移的影响因素进行数据分析,首先用相关分析确定5个重要因素,再基于逐步回归分析建立超越对数生产函数模型,确定影响农村剩余劳动力转移的2个关键因素:第二产业就业比重和第三产业就业比重,并结合灰色预测的结果,预测2011-2013年农村剩余劳动力转移趋势.最后,结合实际情况,提出针对性的建议.
