本发明公开了一种竹木基生物环氧胶黏剂的制备方法及其应用,其是通过将竹/木原料粉碎并磨粉后,将所得粉体与多元醇和水混合并静置,之后通过机械研磨实现竹粉、木粉的微纳化;再将其与环氧化合物、多元酸/酸酐和溶剂混合,经搅拌反应制得所述竹木基生物环氧胶黏剂。本发明利用丰富的竹木资源,创新性地开发了一种全新的胶黏剂,其具有优异的粘接强度、耐水性、耐热性以及良好的环境友好性,可直接应用于通过热压实现固化粘合的领域,如制备胶合板、纤维板、刨花板、竹木复合板等,以应对传统石油基胶黏剂的环境和健康问题,同时克服了现有生物基胶黏剂在粘接性能方面的不足。

Abstract :

Fabrication of carbon materials from biomass is a cost-effective and ecofriendly approach to solve the crisis of fossil resources. Herein, by melamine-assisted NaOH/KOH/urea aqueous system, nitrogen-doped activated carbon (NDAC) has been fabricated as high-performance electrode from Chinese fir sawdust. NaOH/KOH/urea aqueous is an activator and a solvent for cellulose, while urea and melamine are nitrogen sources. The effect of activation temperature and melamine dosage on the performance of NDAC was determined and discussed. The results showed that in the presence 10 g of melamine, the specific surface area (S-BET) and nitrogen content of NDAC were greatly improved from 1040 to 1382 m(2) g(-1) and from 3.52 to 5.16%, respectively. In addition, NDAC had high N content and hierarchically interconnected porous structure, thus had good capacitive performance. Furthermore, NDAC prepared at an activation temperature of 850 degrees C and with 10 g of melamine had a specific capacitance of as high as 196 F g(-1) at a current density of 1 A g(-1). The NDAC showed satisfactory cycle capability; its capacitance retention rate could be maintained at 87.4% after 5000 galvanostatic cycles at 5A g(-1). In addition, the 850 degrees C-10-based symmetric SCs exhibit an energy density of 9.7 Wh kg(-1) at a power density of 261.44 W kg(-1), which enables it to be a promising electrode material for supercapacitors and renewable delivery devices.

Abstract :

Composite electrodes containing both carbon and transition metal oxides have attracted tremendous interest because of their great potential as prominent electrodes for supercapacitors. Herein, direct growth of delta-MnO2 on wheat flour-derived carbon foam (WFCF) with well-developed hierarchical microstructure is readily carried out through an easy, scalable, and reliable two-step synthesis (also referred to as foaming and cookingiechnique), thereby achieving dual goals of environmental sustainability and remarkable electrical energy storage. The unique electrode architecture closely assembled between the prepared sponge-like carbon foam and nanostructured delta-MnO2 affords not only large exposed electroactive surface area but also rapid electrons and ions transport pathway, benefiting from the 3D interconnected hierarchical porous texture as well as considerable open channels between the anchored MnO2 sheets. As a result, the symmetric supercapacitor device based on the WFCF/MnO2-2.0 composite delivers a capacitance of 146 F g(-1) and an impressive energy density of 20.3 Wh kg(-1) at 1 A g(-1) with good cycling stability in 6 M KOH electrolyte. The kinetic analysis indicates a combination of capacitive and battery-like electrochemical response. The proposed foaming and cooking trategy renders a prospective way for facile construction of high-performance supercapacitor electrodes with fast kinetics, good reversibility and structure stability.
