Abstract :
In this study, biaxially eccentric compression experiments were conducted on 26 concrete-filled square stainless steel tubular (CFSSST) columns. The test findings showed a 21.14 % reduction in the eccentric compression resistance when the eccentricity was increased from 0 to 40 mm. When the slenderness ratio increased from 10.39 to 41.56, the eccentric compression resistance was reduced by 21.92 %. When the cubic compression strength of the concrete was increased from 38.6 to 78.8 MPa, the eccentric compression resistance increased by 53.26 %. A corresponding finite element (FE) model was created, and the FE analysis demonstrated that the CFSSST column had higher peak displacement, bending resistance, and ductility than the conventional concrete- filled square steel tubular (CFSST) counterpart. The axial load vs bending moment curves for the CFSSST and CFSST columns were fairly similar. However, increasing the eccentric angle reduced the load capacity of the CFSSST specimen by up to 15.37 %. Previous simplified methods overestimated the carrying capacities of CFSSST specimens. However, the revised model exhibited higher prediction accuracy.

Abstract :
采用有限元法,全过程分析了考虑长期荷载作用下时构件的应变-荷载曲线。基于有限元模型,分析了长期荷载作用下圆端形钢管混凝土柱的工作机理。结果表明:考虑长期荷载作用影响对圆端形钢管混凝土柱的内力分布、变形有较大影响,对承载力影响不大,且随着高宽比的增大,构件的峰值荷载增大,延性减小。

为研究长期荷载作用对带脱空缺陷钢管混凝土柱受力性能的影响,以脱空类型、脱空率和长期荷载比为主要参数,对长期荷载作用下带脱空缺陷钢管混凝土短柱的变形特性和承载力进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:在长期荷载作用下,与普通无脱空缺陷钢管混凝土柱类似,脱空缺陷钢管混凝土柱徐变系数终值的上限值为0.9;长期荷载比大的脱空缺陷钢管混凝土柱较长期荷载比小的脱空缺陷钢管混凝土柱的承载力略大。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对考虑长期荷载作用影响时脱空构件的受力性能进行分析,有限元计算结果和试验结果吻合良好。利用验证过的有限元模型,系统地分析了长细比、含钢率、钢管屈服强度、混凝土强度、长期荷载比、脱空率和荷载偏心率等参数对长期荷载作用下带脱空缺陷钢管混凝土柱的承载力影响规律。结果表明,混凝土脱空缺陷对考虑长期荷载作用的承载力影响系数的不利影响小于1.5%;现有的考虑长期荷载影响的普通钢管混凝土柱的设计方法可用于预测带脱空缺陷钢管混凝土柱的承载力。

Concrete-encased concrete-filled steel tube members (concrete-encased CFST) are innovative composite structural elements which are having gradually increasing utilization in high-rise buildings and bridge structures. In practice, the inner CFST component is generally erected first and thus subjected to constructional load before the outer reinforced concrete (RC) component is formed. Afterward, the whole composite cross-section is under long-term sustained load in the service stage. This paper studies the structural behaviour of such composite columns under combined preload and long-term sustained load through a series of experimental tests. Concrete-encased CFST columns under different loading conditions, together with their CFST counterparts, are tested and compared. The main parameters include preload ratio, loading age and sectional configuration. Influence of these parameters on the structural behaviour in terms of failure mode, beating capacity, stiffness and ductility are evaluated. Finally, a simplified design method is recommended to account for the influences of combined preload and long-term sustained load on the ultimate strength of the concrete-encased CFST columns, where the combined effects can be reflected by a corresponding set of coefficients. Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to numerically investigate the behavior of the rectangular concrete filled stainless steel tubular (CFSST) columns subjected to bi-axial eccentric compression. A finite element (FE) model for modelling the bi-axial eccentric compressive behaviour was established. The FE predictions were verified against the test results. Behaviour analysis was then performed to investigate the typical curves of load versus deformation, the internal force distribution, stress development and interaction of stainless steel tube and core concrete during the loading process. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

研究不同添加剂(三乙醇胺、碳酸钙、粉煤灰)对精炼不锈钢渣粉磨性能和活性指数的影响。结果表明,精炼不锈钢渣易磨性和活性均较差,粉煤灰对于精炼不锈钢渣粉磨性和活性均有较大的改善,其中对于粉磨性能的改善效果远远超过对活性的改善。

在合理地选择材料本构模型和接触模型并考虑材料和几何非线性的基础上,建立了带球冠形脱空缺陷的钢管混凝土受弯构件的有限元模型,并利用试验结果验证了有限元模型的可靠性。利用数值模型对带脱空缺陷的钢管混凝土构件在纯弯作用下的全过程工作机理进行了细致剖析,明晰了球冠形脱空缺陷对构件抗弯性能的影响机理。结果表明球冠形脱空缺陷的存在降低了钢管对混凝土的约束效应,使混凝土开裂严重以及加剧了钢管的局部屈曲从而降低了构件的抗弯承载力。基于以上分析,研究了影响约束效应的相关参数对带缺陷的钢管混凝土构件的抗弯承载力以及弯矩-挠度关系曲线的影响规律,并在此基础上提出了考虑脱空缺陷影响的钢管混凝土抗弯极限承载力的简化计算公式,可为相关工程实践提供参考。

完成了14根矩形不锈钢管混凝土柱在双向偏压下的试验研究,试验考察的主要参数为:荷载偏心率、混凝土强度和试件长度。试验结果表明:在双向偏心受压荷载作用下,矩形不锈钢管混凝土柱具有良好的延性;荷载偏心率、混凝土强度和试件长度对矩形不锈钢管混凝土双向偏压试件的承载力和延性都有着明显的影响,跨中截面的应变变化符合平截面假定。采用现有《钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(DBJ/T 13—51—2010)中的钢管混凝土双向压弯相关方程对试验构件的极限承载力进行了计算,其结果和试验值吻合较好。

在合理选用材料本构、单元类型、网格划分和边界条件的基础上,采用有限元分析软件建立了考虑脱空缺陷的钢管混凝土拉弯构件有限元分析模型。在验证模型可靠性的基础上,通过对比分析有无脱空缺陷的钢管混凝土拉弯构件的荷载-变形关系曲线、钢管与混凝土拉力分配、界面接触应力等力学性能指标,明晰了脱空缺陷对钢管混凝土拉弯构件受力性能的影响机理。研究结果表明:球冠形脱空缺陷削弱了钢管对混凝土的约束作用,在构件受拉弯荷载时,混凝土受压区开裂严重因而对构件的抗拉承载力贡献较无脱空构件低;外钢管拉力分配比重较高,所受应力较大,且钢管脱空侧由于缺少混凝土支撑作用从而出现局部屈曲,降低了构件抗拉承载力;构件的抗拉承载力系数随脱空率的增大而减小,但减小幅度趋于平缓;相同脱空率下承载力系数随偏心率增大而降低。
